Phil N. Great lives up their name as I am feeling great to have found an honest local HVAC repair company. I received a questionable quote from another repairman and thankfully called Phil N. Great for a second opinion. I called around lunch and a repairman was at my door a few hours later to inspect and the warranty repair was completed the next day at 1/3 the cost. The other repairman claimed that they needed to completely release and refill all of the Freon for over $1,000. Nah that doesn't happen - Freon can stored and reused. None of this nonsense from PNG.

The person who repaired my unit was polite and persistent in his diagnosis, which was tricky to figure out. I admired his tenacity and attentiveness. Will definitely use this company again.

Annual system maintenance for heat/AC on our units. Very thorough and detailed explanation on work completed.

Inspection on furnace was detailed and thorough. Issue came to was in line with what others have said and confirmed solution. Only problem was that no one was upfront with diagnostic check charge of $100+. I'd likely have not even had it done if knew that upfront since others have already checked unit. Decent quote on replacement of board. So mostly all was very good besides not being upfront with charges.

Phil N Great did a great job with routine maintenance on our heating systems. We use them for all our HVAC needs. Highly recommend.
