Wonderful experience from the initial call to the end of service appointment. I called expecting to have to wait days and was given same day service. Extremely pleased!!

The people at Phil n great are always professional and friendly. Every time we have called them they get back to us quickly. They get someone to us right away. The techs are always knowledgeable and look for ways to keep cost down. I can’t say enough good things about our experiences with Phil n great.

Wonderful folks to work with. We’ve used them for years to repair and maintain our HVAC system. We were told years ago we needed to replace the system, our HVAC guy had retired so started researching for a new one since that guy couldn’t or didn’t want to do anything but replace. They came right out that day and had our system running within about an hour. Love them!!

Tyler Sandy was great. He quickly diagnosed our issue but then thoroughly checked out the system both upstairs and downstairs units. He was quick but not in a rush and answered several questions and addressed couple concerns. Great service!

These guys are the only HVAC company I trust. They have saved me from the heat and cold on numerous occasions, both at my previous and current house and have never tried to upsell me. I'm a DIY guy, and they always take the time to walk me through what they are doing and show me the cause of my trouble and what is needed. Replacing equipment has always been a last resort and the times it has been needed, their prices have been extremely reasonable and the work was done quickly. If you want a HVAC company you can trust, call these folks.

Had problems with both my units. Technician came and thoroughly explained what was going on. He did a good job fixing the problems would highly recommend using them again.

I called Monday afternoon to report that my Carrier heating unit failed last weekend. They sent a technician out Tuesday morning (Bill W) who was prompt and very knowledgeable. He ordered parts right away so my heat can be restored as quickly as possible. I highly recommend using Phil N. Great for your HVAC needs!
