Cat was great to work with! I had done a lot of the planning for replacing a 30 year old Trane unit that finally bit the dust at the end of last summer. After going over quotes from 5 different vendors that varied by as much as double I found Cat@Phil N Great. By this point I pretty much knew exactly what the parts/and labor should be. I had done a Manual J load calc and designed the duct system I planned on as a replacement. I went over all of this with Cat who is very knowledgeable and compared my numbers with his own load calc and helped finalize the system. I had other not so honest vendors try to upsell me on expensive high SEER units that break down more often and cost more to repair(not to mention the negative ROI) but not Cat. I cannot recommend Phil N Great enough they were a pleasure to work with and the new system is in and running flawlessly.

Thanks for a tip from my neighbor! Phil N Great, and Jared, the service tech, are superb. Jared is friendly, professional and prompt. I just called at 11:00 today, it's only 2:20 and I'm cool again after Jared replaced a couple of (outdoor, specialized) fuses which he conveniently had on hand. This diagnostic and parts were VERY reasonable and good for 30d. And now I know Jared has my HVAC history for any unforseen, future issues. So glad the other guys, who I called and left a message, did NOT show up.

Needed a HVAC inspection for a new home purchase. Was promised a report in 24 hours. Never received a report. This hindered by due diligence leverage. The company then stopped responding to me. Still to this day do not have a report.
