We were heading out of town and we’re having issues with our HVAC system the day before , we couldn’t find anyone to come help but KW was not only responsive but worked us into their day and was at our house within 2 hours and got the problem solved quickly and efficiently! We had them back out to install our new thermostats a few weeks later and again , prompt amazing service , they’re honest and want to do everything they can to fix the issue before you have to replace anything. We are lifelong customers for sure after our experience!

We couldn't be more happy with K&W Service and Repair. Our house suddenly started to get pretty hot even with the air conditioning running. We made a call to K&W and Kenyon and his son Dasean were at our home within 30 minutes - on a SUNDAY! After discovering ice on the outside pipe, Kenyon and Dasean immediately went to work fixing our issue. They were polite, caring, knowledgeable, communicative and were able to pinpoint our issue pretty quick. We had our air conditioning back within 30 minutes!! These men know what they are doing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! Had the confidence to sign up for their regular maintenance and look forward to working with them in the future!! I would highly recommend using K&W Service and Repair!!!

Downstairs air quit.breaker tripped. Called an HVAC company. They came by and after 10 minutes informed me that my compressor was bad and I needed to replace the unit.They would be happy to send a salesman by to discuss it with me,but I could expect a replacement cost in excess of 4000.00 dollars. I called K&W they got by that same afternoon. Great people to work with 220.00 dollars later and a new wiring harness and back in business. Honesty and competence go a long way.They have me from now on.

Highly recommend K&W service and repair. Our ac unit began acting up recently and we were told by other big name places that it was unrepairable and needed to be replaced. While on vacation it completely stopped working, we called K&W & although they had a packed day they still came to our house that same day. Kenyon & Dasean we’re very professional and we’re able to fix our “unfixable” ac unit same day! They were very honest, fair and knowledgeable technicians. I will be using them for all of our future repairs and services.

Great, honest, responsive company. They came out same day (on the weekend nonetheless!) and fixed our problem for a very reasonable cost. Companies like this are hard to come by. Highly recommended.

Came back from vacation to discover our upstairs was a cool 87. Contacted K&W at 9:45 pm and was responded back to right away. They came out first thing the next morning and fixed it fast!
