Very impressed with the quick and accurate response from K&W Service and Repair. I received a visit within 15 minutes of placing the initial service call. The technician was professional, polite, personable, and knowledgeable. Having arrived during my children's nap time, he offered to service my AC unit later in the day at a time that was more convenient for my whole family. I would highly recommend using K&W Service and Repairs for all of your HVAC needs.

K&W is always quick to respond and come out the same day when we’ve had heating issues in the winter. I had noticed my upstairs heating pump was running constantly and struggling to keep up compared to my downstairs until. I called on a Friday morning around 10am thinking K&W would send someone out the following week. Desean was at my house within a few hours and fixed the problem before the weekend, which will significantly lower my power bill.

K&W is highly professional and an HONEST company to deal with. They will not try and upsell you on anything and give you something you don't need. They came out and made a quick repair with a new part and took care of the work quickly and communicated clearly. I highly recommend having them come out if you are in need of HVAC servicing and/or repairs.

We reached out to K&W when our air conditioning unit was not working. They were responsive and professional. The problem was fixed without needing to replace the unit. Now it is running event better than before. Desean is very polite, friendly, and has great customer service. In the past we had a very bad experience with another service and repair company that we had to use with our warranty. A friend recommended K&W. The technician arrived within a few hours of my call. He texted twice to let me know his arrival time. And he was true to his word. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. He said he would check back in a few hours to make sure the unit was cooling. Called K&W Service for an issue with our HVAC and they came out the next day as promised. I thought I was going to have to get a new system but they were able to repair our unit and replace our thermostat. What I thought was going to be a huge expense ended up being an easy fix. I cannot recommend this company enough!

When my A/C went down after a power outage, I called K&W after several companies told me I had to wait until the next day. Kenyon, the owner of the company, was out at my house within a few hours. He quickly hopped under my house into the crawl space, flipped a GFCI, and I had my A/C back. I felt like a dope but he was super nice about. He wouldn't even let me pay him for the service call. He also gave me some great advice about maintaining my system for the future. I will definitely call them again for my next purchase, repair, or routine maintenance. Thanks again Kenyon!!!! :)
