I called around 9:00 am as a new customer and they had someone here at 3:00 pm the SAME DAY. K taught me about the filters and proper maintenance for my unit as we are new to the home. Super personable and although I hope to not have any more troubles ;) I’ll know who to call when something needs repair!

As things started heating up I noticed my Ac unit was struggling. I was worried that in the midst of rising heat I would find myself waiting a long time for service. The team at K&W were out next day. They were fast friendly and knowledgeable. They did not try to upsell me and did a great job of explaining my options at every step of the way.

We moved into our new house after a 13 hour drive late on a weekend night to an AC that wasn’t working. They showed up early Monday and fixed the problem a previous contractor had created and had us back up and running fast. Very reasonable prices and great guys. Would use them again.

Impressive and very down to earth service. The kind of business that makes you feel like you’ve been their customer for years even though it’s your first time dealing with them. Response time was very good, and on a cold day when your thermostat isn’t responding… that speaks volumes. The problem was an incredibly simple fix, but they still treated it as a concern and were ready to do whatever it took to figure out the problem. They even gave a courtesy call in the evening to insure everything was still working smoothly.

These are folks you can trust. Will absolutely be using their services again.

I have used this company to evaluate HVAC systems for prospective homebuyer clients on several occassions. Each time they have provided my clients with a thorough investigation and report of the existing systems condition. I would recommend their services to anyone investigating a home purchase or to an existing homeowner who may need HVAC maintenance, repair or replacement services.

K & W Services were awesome! I had obtained a repair estimate from my regular service company (since 2014) which recommended replacement for $8,000 plus. However, a friend recommended I have K & W Service check out my HVAC system first. I did and they were able to find the freon leak, flush the HVAC system, replace a failing part, do a complete HAVC service, refill completely with FREON, and clean my dryer vent, for little over $1000 dollars! WOW...they are VERY detailed focused, professional and just great to interact with. I HIGHLY recommend them!
