Dasean, Alex, and Kenyon were amazing, very respectful and knowledgeable. Awesome service that was completed. Installed the Honeywell T10 Thermostat free of charge since they recommended the unit. Showed how the thermostat works and answered the questions I had.

Fixed the unit originally to get me through the night then came back later to do the service call. Looked over both units to get them working to optimal functionality conditions.

Polite team to my children and to my pets. Highly recommend their services to anyone.

K&W did a great job! Very professional, courteous and kind. They showed up on the same day I called to fix an issue with our HVAC unit. They were very thorough and knowledgeable about the problem and the unit. 10/10 would recommend (am recommending).

We had an issue with our AC freezing over. K&W were able to come out the next day and give us some relief while they waited for the parts. They were promptly back in the morning and finished the repair. Very informative, kind and professional 10/10 would recommend!

The team at K&W showed such great care & concern in getting our units serviced. They found an issue that had been causing my unit to work sporadically. I'm going to keep them coming back every 6 months for preventative maintenence. They also took care of a close friend of mine who had trouble with their system during one of the hottest days of the year. We returned from vacation to a frozen compressor. I called K&W and they were able to come out that afternoon and diagnose the problem. They came back out when the part came in. Installation was done timely and they cleaned up after themselves! Super nice and professional crew. I highly recommend and will use them in the future.

I have so many positive things to say about K&W!!! We’ve used them a couple of times this year and we feel very lucky that a friend recommended them. The team at K&W is extremely professional, take pride in their work and you can tell have a sincere concern for their customers. They are always quick to respond and keep you involved in the process. Both times we’ve used them it was during extremely hot and cold weather and they went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of so we wouldn’t be without comfortable conditions. We initially called them to quote us a price for a new unit since ours went out. We very easily could have been up sold on a new unit. They took the time to explain all ours needed was a little repair and why it was a more economical decision for the time. I hope all that are reading this take the time and give them a call. These guys are absolutely fantastic! Dasean came out and looked at our unit that we thought was going to need to be replaced. He replaced some fuses and charged the system and got us back in business for a FRACTION of the cost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After canceling our disappointing home warranty, both our ~30 yr old units had problems the same week. I hadn’t expected to need to replace both simultaneously. I started reading local HVAC reviews. I came across K&W with all excellent reviews, especially ones about repairing older units when other companies only push replacements. I can’t say enough about how great they were. They fit us in, were knowledgeable and thorough. They also take pictures and show you problems so you are involved in the process. They work together with two or three technicians (all professional and kind), so the work is quicker. Their costs were so reasonable after the amount of work they had to do. I will definitely be using them again.

Desean was very professional and nice. He explained and showed me everything he was doing. That made it a lot easier to show my husband later that evening. We will definitely use K&W again.
