Aaron and his team take the time to explain the difference in a quality system and a cheap system that will costs you more in energy and breakdowns. I called B&T HVAC yesterday for an appointment to upgrade my HVAC system for a new addition. I got a live person on the phone when I called at 4:00 p.m. They arrived at my home the following morning promptly at 10:00 a.m. when they said they would.
Two technicians came in, covered their work boots and began to scope out the work needed to be done for my addition. The technicians were polite, well spoken, and very attentive to my needs as to where they were going to run the new HVAC line for the best results. After discussing this with both myself and my wife we let them do the work.
The work was completed on time, in a quality workmanship manor, at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with this company and will use them for my home going forward as well as my rental properties.

I had B&T HVAC originally install my Amana systems back in 2004 during a new home build in Pittsboro, NC. Aaron was very helpful to install the systems and install the ductwork to my specifications. After 13 years, I had a need to replace my evaporator coils due to age. Jay visited my home first. His professionalism was superior and he was willing to do a custom replacement of all evaporator coils. He was great to work with and continued to follow up during the process and brought his co-worker Bryant who was also fantastic. They researched all of the parts needed, ordered the identical replacements immediately, and were ready to install 3 entire HVAC zones in less than a week. They arrived promptly the next week and were able to recover the freon and flawlessly replace all 3 evaporator coils. They worked very well with me throughout the process. I have not been more pleased with any two service technicians that I have called in my entire life. Jay and Bryant were simply outstanding!

There are not enough stars available!! B&T provides the very best service I have ever had from any tradesman! They really saved our butt two winters ago. They did an emergency heat pump replacement the day temps were going to drop 50 degrees. They finished it up and got heat into our home two hours after the snow started and after dark! I won't ever call anyone else.!!!

Mr. Horton runs an A+ business. We've used B&T for maintenance and installation in our home for twelve years and commercially for four years before that. Everyone we've ever dealt with over the years was extremely well educated and professional. HVAC work is part science, part engineering, and part art, and these folks do a great job of mastering those skill sets. B&T HVAC is an impressive company.

B&T HVAC recently put a brand new system in my home that we were renovating. My house was in bad shape, and they went above and beyond the HAVC system. I was getting messed around in a few situations with other contractors, the owner Aaron, went as far to call on my behalf to make sure I didn’t get screwed over. The customer service was unbelievable. One employee was here setting up the unit and saw me struggling to move a dresser in my house and stopped to help me. He ended up moving three more things with me. My system has been great, no trouble and it has done exactly what they told me it would. I will only recommend B&T. I got a lot of HVAC quotes and none could come close to them! Don’t look anywhere else.
