Holbrook Heating & Air Conditioning

Had several techs come out over the course of a week for an AC issue and each one was terrific. They were professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly and patient. The office staff was very responsive and sympathetic to the issue we had. They were up front about pricing and scheduling, which I appreciated. When the issue was possibly related to a furnace installed by another company, they checked the warranty information and ordered parts seamlessly. I didn’t have to do the legwork. Ultimately Justin saved the day and we’ve enjoyed central AC on some very hot days.

Holbrook has a great team to work with, whether for new install, annual maintenance or dealing with the unanticipated, from the SVP to all of the technicians who have been at our house. They are all professional and great communicators, and they get the work done. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

The service tech was very polite, professional and speedy. He fixed the issue right away and explained all to me. Thank you Holbrook. He even showed up 1/2 hr. earlier than expected.

Now I see why they ONLY have 3 Stars NOT trustworthy at all. You have to watch every single move they make in order to assure a good service maintenance. They tried ripping us off from the time of our installation of new heating and cooling. They tried using parts from our old HVAC unit and took the NEW parts back out to their van. Then they took shortcuts when servicing our AC by dropping screws amongst the pea gravel stone surrounding the unit and just leaving the holes empty and causing RATTLING noise which once we figured out why, we had to have them return to finish the job.
When we stood and watched him do this process the previous year, all was fine. This year, I made the mistake of showing him to the unit and then excusing myself to do laundry. Big MISTAKE. You MUST watch anything they do from the beginning to the end or have a very good camera system that will allow you to see everything.
Shortcuts!!! Don't businesses realize, they NEVER pay off in the long run.

I called in the morning and they were able to get us in the afternoon for assessment of our furnace. Trina was wonderful pleasant smiling and explained everything in great detail. Unfortunately we are still waiting on our insurance to approve the installation.

Katrina knew her stuff! I asked a couple questions and she gave precise answers. She did a good job! Holbrook is the best!

Andrew is very informative. Suggestions on filters and things I can check for myself. This company is highly recommended by me for 5 yrs now. Love dealing with them.

They installed a new furnace and AC system. Mike came to check on an issue and fixed it straight away. I can’t say enough of how pleased I am with this business and their workers. I highly recommend them.
