We had our central air put in mid-June. The install crew that came in was prompt, courteous, and professional. They noted at the end of the install that we would have to get a little more done than what was written given the nature of how the old set up was. We understood completely. Due to this, our set up struggled to get the house below 73. I dropped our rating just because it was incredibly hard to get a hold of Scott, the branch manager after he was supposed to call us asap according to the install crew. He never did. When we finally did get ahold of him he promised to personally follow up with a plan, but the promised calls were not returned. We were patient but did get a bit frustrated of not hearing from him so we could get things finished up. It was several weeks of calling and emailing just to get things moving. Tanya and Kelly were incredible helping me out with getting our central air installation right and helping my husband and myself with financing. They were both very helpful with reaching out to techs/management when I struggled to keep things moving. Thank you both so much for listening and providing great service and support. We finally had our installation finished up today, and were very happy with the crew once again that came in. Honest, open, willing to answer any questions. They walked us through the work done before, during, and after. Crossing fingers we are set for good outside of maintenance! :)

Excellent customer service from the initial phone call to technician’s wrap-up. They made time for me the same day! Dustin was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained the work to me in terms I could understand. It took him less time than expected to fix, and he told me next parts that I should expect to replace.

My technician Mike was outstanding. He took the time to diagnose my system and provided me with a very clear and honest assessment of what the issues were. I had to have him come back to do the work because he needed a specific part. Mike returned the next afternoon and completed the work in about an hour. Fantastic service and communication. We had our Central Air installed last Saturday. The whole process from the salesman Ed, to the installers went well. We thought we were good to go but after it was installed we had some technical difficulties with our unit freezing up. We wound up needing a bigger return duck put in but the manager Scott assured us it would be taken care of and not on our dime on theirs for missing it during the quote. The stayed true to their word and fixed everything on their dime and they were very quick. I would totally recommend them. Now our house is a cool 68 degrees. Thanks guys! A person is only as good as their word. And they were great!

We had Holbrooke install a new Central Air system under Home Depot in Sept 2020. The salesperson told us that the operating costs of electric vs propane system. We paid over $500/month for propane over the winter. And there is a 5 degree+ difference between upstairs and downstairs. We asked the to come fix it and they sent people on two separate occacsions to look at it, both told us the ducts were not installed well or sized properly. It then took 2 months of calling multiple times a week to get them to come fix it. The guy who finally came didn't have the right parts, didn't turn it on to check it when he was done and then they tried to bill me for materials used. The servicemen were nice enouh but I would not recommend using Holbrooke. It is difficult to reach anyone at the office who can make a decision, the Manager is always out and doesn't return calls. Some people who work there are quite rude. Once installed we clearly became a very low priority. We are now are looking at supplemental systems to provide adequate heating and cooling. What a waste of money, shame on me for not doing my homework. Buyer beware.

He explained all the details how the installation and process was going to be. I would definitely recommend Holbrook Heating to anyone looking to install central air conditioning.
