Chad and his team did a fantastic job installing our heating and A/C systems! They were very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. The installation was in a small, cramped crawl space but they made it work! Veda is an excellent communicator and kept us updated every step of the way! We highly recommend using them for any HVAC project!

Called on a Wednesday and had AC by the following Monday! Dallas and Tom provided excellent service and were very professional. The team worked with us to find an easy and cost effective solution to fix our duct work that had been broken for years!

I called Chad and Vita in the Morning for help with my elderly parents air-conditioning. My Mother, who suffers with respiratory issues was struggling with the hummidy and smoke in the air.

The HUMMINGBIRD team took this into consideration and responded with a sense of urgency.

Dan showed up a couple hours later, quickly diagnosed the issue, had them cooled off and breathing clean air in no time!

Dan also took the time to proactively test other potential points of failure with the system. All tested well and we proactively scheduled a preventative maintenance appointment in the Fall.

If you are looking for a top notch company in every aspect possible, look no further!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. From the initial phone call yesterday morning, to the technician coming to check my furnace shortly after, to the installers coming on the same day just an hour later, and a follow up call the next day - I cannot say enough how amazing and trustworthy this company is.

I had a new furnace installed because mine was not working anymore after 33 years no matter what I kept telling myself. I have never been so warm and comfortable in my home. I called at 8am and the entire process was completed later that afternoon.

I was given multiple options with no pressure, a very fair price, and I feel like Vita, Chad, Brandon, Tommy, and Dan really care about me as a person not just a customer. All very professional and honest. They all explained everything so that I actually understood through the whole process. The owner stopped by to see if I had additional questions, to thank me for my business, and to check in with his crew to see if they needed anything.

I’m pretty difficult to please when it comes to home repair projects and I honestly couldn’t find one thing that they needed to improve. I’m beyond grateful for 24/7 HVAC and I will recommend them to everyone I know (I already have been). Thank you times a million!

Amazing service and very quick and efficient response time. I called three places (because my central air broke down) and hummingbird was the first to get to my house. I will recommend twenty four 7 HVAC to everybody. They were professional, efficient and prompt right from the beginning. Veda was fantastic to deal with, Brandon, the tech that troubleshot my failure was a pleasure to deal with. Ultimately, I ended up having to replace my furnace. I had a quote to do so before Brandon even left, and I was put on the schedule for the next day. Dan and Tom, the technicians that installed my new furnace were also professional, friendly and efficient. Every one that I dealt with seemed like they truly enjoyed working for twenty four 7. I am a very happy and satisfied customer!! 5 stars all the way!!

Recently I searched for HVAC companies in my area who would replace a gas furnace and water heater in my home.
I searched and read reviews on 6 or 7 local companies, asked for quotes from 4, and settled on 24 Seven HVAC to do the install.
The company’s stellar reviews were what made me decide. However, what impressed me even more was the actual work Chad and his team performed. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, clean, friendly…all adjectives that aptly fit the company. Thank you Chad and team for your excellent, quality installation service. Our furnace fan stopped working and with Syracuse’s bipolar weather we wanted to make sure we would be warm if old man winter decided he wanted to show up unannounced. We called the number that was posted on our old furnace around like 10pm and they were able to come out the next day. They assessed our issue and we decided to get a new furnace and a AC install. I won’t sugarcoat that it was a bit expensive but we got what we wanted and they didn’t leave until the job was completed; even coming back the next day to ensure our nest thermostat was hooked up correctly. For service like that, it’s worth every penny.

Phone call - Vida responded even though she was at her daughters soft ball game. Chad came out and gave us a very fair quote. Tom was great. He talked us through the whole process.

My neighbors let me know one night that they could smell gas outside my house. I checked myself and could smell it as well. So I contacted National Grid to take a look and they were able to determine that my furnace was pumping out large amounts of carbon monoxide. They had to disconnect the furnace from the gas line and turn it off until I had it fixed.

I reached out to a different HVAC company the same night through their chat service and setup an appointment for the next day between 9am and 12 pm. I even received a text message stating as such. Well when 12:30 came along and nobody showed up, I called them only to find out that they had no record of an appointment ever being set up....their next available slot was more than 2 weeks out....so said good bye to them....

That's when I called 24 Seven, they were able to get someone out to my house a few hours later, they very quickly were able to diagnose the issue (cracked heat exchanger which was evident from the water all over the place), got me a quote, financed, and setup for a new furnace the next day. He even talked to me about the filter I was using and recommended a much better one. Apparently the ones I use are not great and likely helped lead to the issues I was having. Less than 24 hours after I first called them I had a new furnace and heat again! The guys who did the installation were very friendly and got the job done quick.
