I had Classic Cozy do a home heating audit of my 1910 house in Syracuse. Mark Naef came over and did an excellent job explaining the process, and following up with the audit. The company recommended insulation in the floor of the attic, some sealing work in the basement, and a tankless water heater. Their pricing seemed quite reasonable, so I went ahead with all three. The work crews were very professional and thorough. I have no complaints! The water heater has been just terrific. It's hard to tell if heating bills have gone down since the weather is variable and so nutty. I highly recommend Classic Cozy.

Classic Cozy did an excellent job with insulation for our historic 1838 house. Because of the challenges involved, we needed to discuss and negotiate many aspects of the proposed work. The forward man for CC (Mark Naef) was very well researched, well-spoken, was responsive to our needs and concerns, and did a remarkable job of looking at the big picture and laying out a plan of action. Likewise for the work crew and their supervisor: they were always responsive to our questions and needs, were very polite, totally capable, and a pleasure to have in our home.
And their work has already made an appreciable difference in our comfort as we enter the 2016 heating season! Thank you!

I was very satisfied with the work Classic Cozy did for me. I got my attic insulated and basement air sealed. There was a noticeable difference in how well my home retained thermal energy. I also got a radon mitigation system installed and that whole process was done in less than a day. The prices were very fair, work was good quality, the process was speedy, and all my questions were answered politely. I would definitely recommend them.

I contacted Classic Cozy for a moisture problem I had in the basement & the crew did a fantastic job. I am amazed at how nice my basement is now. I also had a window put in & some insulation blown in under my back door because the floor was always cold in the winter. We contracted with Joe in 2005 to replace two sliding glass doors. He sent two young men who clearly weren't very experienced and we never saw him at the job. These guys left the job with some problems, so we called Joe and he sent them back to fix it. We now have leaks around the doors and rotten siding and the reputable builder who is replacing the siding showed us where the doors were not installed and sealed properly.

Mark, the Home Energy Technician was very knowledgeable in conducting and explaining the energy audit process, and he was very helpful in leading us through the process of applying for available grants. The installation team was very courteous, professional, cooperative, and clean.

I give Joe Branagan the owner a huge thumbs down. When I called I was specific what I needed. Was looking for help on a new sub floor. He came over very rushed. Took pictures that I did not approve of or give permission for. Gave me 5k for an estimate and refused to do the work. Said the house was built poorly referred to it as a black hole and had audacity to Ask if I wanted an addition on my house or if radon was a prob he would do that. He was offensive and I wanted him out of my house. Had another contractor come over and they easily replaced my subfloor fixed the plate added plywood. Prob solved. No pics and no rudeness. Joe I hope you read these. You were unprofessional and wrong all the way around. Be I was a woman with no knowledge I believe you acted that way. Shame om you.

I worked for this guy in the TELEMARKETING room. They dont care if your on the DNC list, The owner lied they don't get inbound calls. Its outbound Telemarketing. THEY are suppose to " scrub the list and take the DNC people out.They fired me and did not pay me my last check. I was a hard worker with kids. Its a small company and the owner thinks he can do anything he want's,including not paying someone for working. I would not want anyone to get taken advantage of like I was. I'm glad the internet provides a way to review bad companys like this one. I hope this review costs them alot more money then they owe me.

A rep from this place cold-called our phone number. When I tried pointing out that we were on the national do not call registry, she immediately hung up without so much as an apology. Extremely rude. I have to believe that this speaks poorly for the company as a whole.
