My AC wasn’t running cold enough for the past few days. Dan arrived and was friendly, honest and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it throughout the entire process. His knowledge and ability to communicate is top notch! He didn’t try to trick me into replacing anything like some companies would do. Simple maintenance was all it needed. After adding refrigerant and a good cleaning, my AC is working like brand new!! Prices are fair and customer service from Chad and Veda is second to none. If you call anyone else, you’re making a mistake. Call Hummingbird for all your HVAC needs.

We just purchased a new home and the day after closing realized the AC wasn't running....on recommendation we reached out to Hummingbird who came out the next day. They quickly figured out the issue with a variety of solutions ranging from repair to replace. The cost was reasonable for replacing our heating and ac unit (furnace was OLD so why not when the price is right). They found time to get us on their schedule quick (important with summer looming and 5 kids) and now our AC works like a champ. The air quality inside is amazing which meant the world considering we had this done right before the Canadian fire issues.

I had no idea who to call so I just went to google and picked someone close out and got Hummingbird Heating & Cooling being honest because I love hummingbirds lol,
So, I got Veda on the phone, and she gave us an appointment for that day and within the hour Brandon showed up I was in awe that it was that fast, but I was happy!
There wasn't a question that we threw at Brandon that he couldn't answer! he was so professional and knowledgeable and did get the furnace going but explained we could chance it leaving it like it is or think about getting a new one and he couldn't guarantee that ours wouldn't quit in a couple of days, and what I loved the most he didn't push us buying a new one he left it totally up to us. So, we decided to buy a new one, it was pretty old.
So, Tom and Frank came yesterday to install and another very professional set of guys, if we had questions, they were both very ok with answering anything we asked, and when it was all done, they cleaned everything all up probably cleaner than it was before they got here hahaha!! So today I got a follow up phone call from Veda wanting to know if everything was ok with the furnace and the install. Wow! this company goes out of their way to make sure you get what you want and need and nothing more, they know times are tough with cash and make sure they give you the best deal they possibly can , that means everything to me, right from the first call with Veda to Brandon assessing the problem to Tom and Frank doing the install they all make you feel like your family and I am their family from now on I will never call anyone else ! I trust them with my money and anything they fix! If you have Heating or Cooling issues call Hummingbird Heating & Cooling, I promise you won't be disappointed

Called them to troubleshoot our AC unit. Next day they were out at my house. Within a few days I had a new unit installed. Each technician was professional and extremely knowledgeable. The entire AC install seemed to take less than a few hours. Finally our house isn't so hot I have to sit in my underwear all day. Appreciate the work 🙏🩲

Definitely using again in the future for regular maintenance of our central air. We definitely saw the benefits. Friendly and informative answering service scheduled for assessment within 48 hours. Dan was our technician and was extremely patient with our multitude of questions. He demonstrated significant knowledge of the industry. The price was right and we’re looking forward to Hummingbird performing a full HVAC installation tomorrow.
