Johnson Controls Syracuse Office

I purchased commercial property and needed to have a new fire alarm system installed. The first person I received an estimate from was for $5200 but would be 8-12 weeks due to supply chain issues. During that time they had some personal issues and closed the business. I then called Sentry Alarms and was quoted a little over $13,000. I then called Johnson Controls. The first appointment they (Matt) didn’t show and forgot to call and reschedule the appointment. When I received the quote it was for $31,000. Ridiculous! I found someone more local through one of my customers for less than $5000. I then asked Matt for my blue prints to be returned and I was told that they would be sent out on Monday. I waited 3 weeks and didn’t receive them. Once again I asked for the blue prints back and low and behold Matt lost them. I asked to be reimbursed but that didn’t happen either. Now I’m out $200 bucks for replacement blue prints but it is still cheaper than $31,000.
