I had a great experience with Homeserve! I didn’t have heat or hot water. Representative came first thing the next morning and quickly determined and repaired the problem!

I was disappointed with them charging me an extra $220.00 for a Technician to come out and add a sealer to the system that has a very minor leak, I pay $500.00 a year for 20 years and this is the first time I needed them for more then a scheduled service call but of course this wasn’t covered
