I called in morning for appointment on very hot day and they came the same day. Problem was fixed promptly. The technician Panama was top notch. He explained everything to me and what was being fixed. He was very professional and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He offered the best customer service one can ask for.
I am a homeowner next to a home that being served! A van with company hit my PARKED car! He repeatedly hit the front when opening the van! This is pure laziness on his part! The driver was not sorry and was aggressive towards me when I approached him! I have all on Camera! He also hit my car on purpose when he left! I called the company more than once and no one reached out back to me! This is horrible and the company must be held responsible due to the drivers poor actions!
I request the same technician to come and maintenance my furnace because he is great, knowledgeable, experienced and very friendly. Chris cleans up after his jobs and double checks the system before leaving.
Homeserve has been a life saver. We have the heating, AC and water heater plans and have used them all! They always come quickly and fix the issue! It’s the insurance policy you don’t want to use but grateful to have when you do!
The first time they never called or showed up. Had to cancel very late. Next day sent a technician that had me raise my temperature to 88 degrees for 1 hour! I had water coming out of the furnace pipe and it didn’t work. I’ve had water in the bucket I place under the pipe all week and still emptying it. Have to call back. Hopefully I get a experienced technician this time
