    The technician they sent to my home was not knowledgeable. They could not fix my HVAC system. So they sent more guys to my home that didn’t not help me. After coming several times. In addition I called the sales rep many times over the past week to get a quote and he never answers his phone. The tech guys emailed him and the 800 number people tried to reach out to him. No luck. After being a customer for so many years this is the treatment I received this year. The quality from this company has gone down considerably.

    Great service. However, one of the service technicians came out to my house and told me that it would take a week for the part to arrive. I called customer service to see if they could speed up the process because temperatures was supposed to to drop later that evening and I have a baby in the house. Somehow they got the part the same day and the problem was solved.

    Good technicians but horrible customer service. I scheduled an air conditioning tune up as they recommended. It was a long wait, but one day before my appointment came, they sent me an email stating that my appointment had been postponed for another month. There were no phone call nor other personal contact with me offering an explanation. They never asked me if the appointment that they rescheduled was acceptable to me. Customer service, if that's what you call it, was indifferent. They told me they had the right to cancel my appointment because another customer needed help first. Then I got hung up on!
    Customer beware.

    Mom’s heat wasn’t working and within 24 hours of her call in to the company, a repair specialist named Quinn came and immediately identified the problem. He then took a away the non-working equipment and returned within 2 hours with its replacement had her heat up and running right away. Very courteous and professional. Would recommend this company 100%
