Cold King Heating & Cooling

Just recently had two large ac systems replaced by Cold King. It was a great and professional experience. Everyone was punctual, neat and extremely considerate. We were very impressed and would highly recommend their services!

RUN RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL WANT TO BE COMPANY TOOK ALL OF MY MONEY AND JUST LOOKED AT THE SYSTEM SAD THAT PEOPLE TAKE CUSTOMER'S HARD EARNED MONEY AND THINK IT'S OK TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE HE WILL CHANGE HIS PRICE AT LEAST 3 TIMES TRUST ME ON THAT ...CANT WRITE MORE BECAUSE THEY MIGHT COME VISIT ME WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY THINKING 🤔

First off, I barely ever give a 5 star review. No one is ever perfect, thats a matter of fact in life. Anyways, I called this morning to Cold King Air Corp telling them that my furance went out in the middle of the night last night and the exact issue I believe it could be. They said they will have a tech stop by my house first before going to their job out NJ since the travel is along the way. They came with in 30 minutes, very reasonable timing. The tech spent literally 2 minutes to confirm my self diagonsis and told me how much it would be to replace the part. It cost me $225 to get a hot surface ignitor replaced. The pricing is a bit high I thought because of the cost of the part but I cannot put a price on heat for my child and wife. (We slept through the night without heat in below 30 degree weather). When breaking down the pricing, I realized the cost, service call, speed that they arrived and labor added together seem to be just about right. The tech was GREAT!. He took his time to explain to me how it happened and spotted other issues that may be a problem in the future so I can start doing some preventative measures to try an extend the life of my 23 year old furance until we can save enough to buy a whole new package unit.

I had a problem with my heat for months called two different companies they couldn’t figure it out. Til I called cold king they came n figured out it was my nest thermostat giving me trouble so they replaced it. Never had a problem since . Good price good professional recpectable workers. All around great experience

Teddy was great. Came to my house personally 30 minutes after giving him a call. Fixed the problem with ease and I am glad I gave him a call. Will be using him from now on.

Called cold kings when I came home and found a line on my a/c frozen. Got the owner who said he would get back to me with a time a tech. Could come.i got a call on caller i.d. from John popa who asked what the problem was.....which I told him .he asked how long the unit was off for...I said over an hour. He said I can't do anything.....an a/c service and repair that can't do anything...o.k. he said let me call my boss...he still might want me to come out.of course because it's a 75 dollar fee just to show up.Needless to say I never even heard from John popa again nor did anyone show up. I have three small children and 2 dogs who are just dying.but hey its a friday.And I'm sure john popa had to get to the jersey Shore before the party started.i understand if you don't want to do a job....but call a guy back.Very Un professional. These other reviews besides the negative one must be family members because..........well because as a lifetime staten islander you know how shadey these people are..I am giving you an honest review.No matter what the response is. Maybe the owner actually cares...prob. not. But his employee s are fugasi. So in ending I'm still sweating my kids are at my inlaws.my dogs panting is annoying me.........and Papa John is at the tiki Bar sipping Mai tais!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give this company a negative review I would. If it was their family I bet they would be passed off to say the least..hello call to the BBB. Horrible!!!!!!

They were professional and courteous and sold me the proper equipment for the job without pressure. Pricing was upfront and very fair with options for all budgets. I would highly recommend them to friends and family

If I can give then negative 5 stars I would, completely horrible professionalism, it does not get worse then telling a customer to call to confirm an appointment 2 days before, then not show up, ignore messages to find out where the hell they are and then claiming phony confusion on the service date, I will never ever call this company again for anything.

Excellent service! Installed a brand new hot water heating system with 7 zones. Great service, prices, good honest people to deal with. Would highly recommend.
