I needed a new AC unit in the attic. we reached a fair price. The cool King team was their the next day ready to go with a new air handler and a compressor, they were in and out in one day. a few days later the air handler acted up due to a defective part. The cool king team showed up on a Sunday got the unit functioning the next day they replaced the whole unit with a new one without hesitation. The Cool king team proved to be a stand up company and STOOD BY THIER AGREEMNET, something you don't see theses days

Reached out to several companies on SI when looking to replace my heating and a/c system. Teddy was the most reasonable by far, and this was even compared to Costco's Member pricing with competitors. Teddy was always prompt with any of my questions or concerns, and Anthony did a fantastic job installing the system. Everything was left cleaner then how they found it. I would recommend Cold King to anyone on Staten Island who needs this type of work done.

Save your time and money, I called them so they can come to my house and check why my Hvac fan wasn’t running, they were at my house for almost 3 hours didn’t even have an idea of what was wrong. He Charged me $175 just to come and not even fix anything. My wife called someone else and guy figured out what the problem was in 10 min and only charged me $80. Not to mention that these guys disconnected some wires that needed to be connected, good thing the guy that came today was an experienced one unlike those guys. Do not believe all these reviews I’ve never been so frustrated in my life , paying someone that much for nothing!

I used Cold Kings to put in a new central AC into my house. Teddy the owner was wonderful. He showed up on time to give me an estimate and explained everything that needed to be done. I told him that I had gotten several estimates and he beat the best estimate by $700. His work came with a warranty, the same as the competitors. The guys that did the work, cleaned up everyday after themselves and left no mess at all. Very professional and respectful of the house. I would highly recommend Cold Kings. Teddy also gave me enough filters to last me the entire year!! If you are looking for an AC company, get a couple of estimates, then call Teddy.........

Just had my old LG split units replaced with Fijitsu. After comparing a few contractors, I decided to go with Teddy at Cold King. They are professional, reliable and reasonable. The team did a great job and left everything clean. I am glad I went with Cold King. I am very satisfied with the outcome. If you want a great job and a fair price, make sure that you go with Cold King!

After about 6 estimates, I decided to use Teddy/Cold King for the installation of a new split/ductless air conditioning unit(s). I am very pleased w/their work. Teddy showed up for the estimate ASAP, gave a detailed description of what the job would require. After I chose his company, he was there in a few days and his employees went to work right away. They were very neat and very nice. They did an excellent job and worked really hard in the heat to get the job done. The guys he has working for him are really very nice and pleasant. They finished the job on time and there were no “hidden costs” and no “surprise” charges. His price for the job was very reasonable too. It was an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. He has great, motivated team working for him and I am confident they will back up their work if anything should happen.

Cold king is Very Professional and Reasonable! My wife and I called three different companies for an estimate on a new system before we called cold king. They gave me the best price and we met Teddy the boss, he was extremely friendly and patient and got his guys right to work!
