Excellent service all around. Had a/c cooling issues, called Cold King and they came same day to diagnose the issue. Got a great price on a new unit, which they installed and q/a'd to make sure the unit was working properly. It's been a COOL summer since. Teddy the owner was friendly, knowledgeable, and simply a professional, along with his team. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I had a great experience with Teddy, the owner of Cold King. I called many places and he was by far the most reasonable and most professional. He installed my air conditioner in a day. I would highly recommend Cold King.

With Covid making it more likely that we would be inside this summer, I was horrified when I learned that my fujitsu wall units were not working efficiently. I called cold king heating and cooling, not expecting anyone to call back as we are in the middle of a pandemic, and was ecstatic when Tony called me back the same day. I gave him an idea of the situation and he was able to come the very next day to assess the issue. He tested the units and found a minuscule leak that the past 3 hvac companies I had used did not! He told us that he would be back the following day, as he needed some additional time to fix the issue. Sure enough he came when he said (something else others have not done in the past). The pricing was less then it cost us for other companies to simply try to find the issue! We are thrilled to have cool air for this summer, and were so impressed with the professionalism of cold king! Finally a company on Staten Island that was honest and fair! Use Cold King, you won’t regret it!

I used Cold Kings to install central AC in my house as well as a new heating system. I highly recommend Cold Kings. Job well done. Teddy the owner is a great guy. Get some estimates, call Teddy, he will beat them.

Excellent service. I called in the morning and spoke with Teddy. I explained that my air conditioning line was frozen. Teddy said it would take a few hours to defrost and that he would send someone in the afternoon. John came in the afternoon and Teddy showed up about 15mins later. They explained everything to me then gave me a reasonable price and fixed the problem. It is a pleasure working with professionals. I have found my new HVAC service company. If you have a problem with your air conditioning or heat you won't go wrong calling Teddy.

My condenser stopped working and I made a big mistake calling Cold King.
After troubleshooting the tech determined that circuit breaker tripped. Nothing was done to analyze why it did so, some wire was tightened. But it turned out that "the coolant pressure was not adequate and more coolant was needed to put in", which was done and included in the $230 bill. The circuit breaker tripped again 1 day after the issue was "fixed". The next day it was higher than 90 degrees outside and compressor started over heating and shutting down, so the thermostat was never turning it off. I called and spoke to so praised here the owner Teddy multiple times, he said that I am am a non paying customer since I did not pay $75 for "the second service call" and they are not coming out, that is after paying $230 + $20 gratuity for the first visit with no resolution. Once the temp outside cooled, the breaker started tripping again even after replacement.
I was forced to call another company who came and found that my compressor is tremendously overfilled and I needed to pay to take the coolant out of my system. The issue that caused the breaker to trip was the compressor was not starting normally and needed the hard start kit installed.
I guess I am not calling Cold King again and will advise everyone I know to stay away.

The employees were knowledgeable, professional, polite and friendly. They were good at problem solving and finished the job in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable. I would use them again.

Just wanted to share a great experience we had with Cold King. Our relatively new unit wouldn’t turn on. Cold King came the same day we called . They didn’t have the part but came back with the part the following day. While trying to get it to work they realized the company who installed it dangerously wired my unit and that is why it wasn’t turning on. They re wired my unit and it instantly started working and is safe now! Their workers were prompt, professional, friendly and successful! Thanks Cold King!

We had a wonderful experience with Cold King during the snow storm they were very concerned & attentive to my situation. They came and took immediate care and did a great job putting in a new heating system. I would highly recommend this company to do your job. My mother-in-laws furnace gave out in the middle of winter last year and I was so lucky to find Cold King. It was during a weekend, but they gave me a quote right away over the phone, showed up with 2 trucks, several guys and got the job done as fast as possible. They even cleaned up hauling away the old furnace. The price was extremely reasonable and even came with a more than fair warranty. I plan to use them again this year for my own home to replace a hot water heater.
