Jasen Arndt is very knowledgeable and skilled in his trade. I am a retired engineer with HVAC experience. Jasen was able to answer all of my somewhat technical questions. He also put up with me watching him do most of the installation. I'm mechanically skilled enough to be able to appreciate his advanced skills. We also had interesting conversations. So far, I'm very happy I contracted with Jasen for a new hybrid heat pump/oil furnace system. I do not expect that to change.
