Arndt Heating and Cooling

I called first thing on a Monday morning because my furnace was blowing out cold air. Due to a high volume of calls, he estimated he’d be there in the evening, but called in the afternoon saying he could be there in ten minutes. He quoted me the price to walk in the door (which seemed to be half of what the big name competitor’s reviews indicated as the price of their appts). Jasen was quick and efficient in addition to being friendly. The total cost of the appt price plus the repairs (fortunately it just needed minor work) was still less than what the competitor charged to walk in the door.

He gave some helpful advice to keep the furnace from getting dirty so quickly next time and let me know that my furnace is nearly 30 years old, but still running okay and he wasn’t looking to pressure me into a new furnace. Knowing that we will need one in the near future, I asked for an estimate and received an email that evening with 4 different options - all were at/below the range I was expecting based on internet research. We absolutely plan on having him install our new furnace once ours officially kicks the bucket.

First-time home owner here. We hired Arndt Heating & Cooling to clean and inspect our vents shortly after buying our home. Jasen set up an appointment very quickly, and he was very professional, thorough, and respectful of our home. Best of all, he took the time to educate me on a few things that I simply didn't know, having never owned a home before (i.e. when and how to switch the filter, how to maximize air flow throughout the house, how to be more energy efficient, etc.) Very grateful for the service we received.

I just had Jason and a trainee come to my home and cleaned my oil furnace all I can saw is he was awesome from scheduling my appointment to my cleaning. I would highly recommend him and his company for any furnace issues. Thanks again for a job well done.

Arndt Heating is by far one of the best heating companies in the western Monroe County NY area. Jasen Arndt is not afraid to tackle a hard job and works on heating systems that other companies refuse to touch because it may be oil-fired or cast iron radiators.

If you didn't know, Arndt Heating is the King of Cast Iron Radiator replacement. If you want to update old cast to new, he can do it. Have a leaky old radiator that has seen a better day, he will come down and show you a Hydronic Wall Mounted Radiator that will take up half the room than those old cast units and put out more heat than baseboard for the same amount of wall space.

If you need service on your old oil burner, call him. If you want to replace an old system with a new one, call him. And if you have old radiator heat and want to make it better, ask about the Beacon Morris product line, and say "Mr. K sent me", you will not regret it.

And of course he works any any and all newer heating equipment, installed an indirect- fired hot water tank last year, and it saves us a ton of money.

Jasen arrived on time, and very skillfully took care of a number of frozen pipes in our hydronic heating system, including one in the crawl space that was very difficult to access. In addition, he gave us very valuable advice on how to prevent frozen pipes in the future. Highly recommend him for taking care of heating and cooling systems.

When the A/C dies in a heat wave and the company you were referred to performs above and beyond your expectations. It is a good day. Today for us is a Good Day. Jasen arrived before we were told he could be here. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The parts and labor service fee were reasonable. I recommend Arndt Heating and Cooling.
