Arndt Heating and Cooling

I have been using Arndt Heating and Cooling for years. Last fall during my annual furnace cleaning Jasen had an assistant checking my gas pipes for leaks. While checking around the meter they found a gas leak which resulted in RG&E coming to house on an emergency basis to move my meter outside and totally re-do all piping into the house. If Jasen hadn't had my pipes checked who knows what might have happened. I highly recommend Arndt Heating and Cooling!

He was very knowledgeable and very good at explaining the issues with our old unit and benefits a new unit would provide. He was prompt, professional, and quick!

What did I pay for labor? I'll never know. I know that it was $85.00 for him to come ring the door bell. He told me the cost of the part ($285.00)but did not tell me that it included the cost to install it. I thought that it was the initial 85.00 until I went on line and got a ball park figure for the part, which was less than half (at the high end), which meant the the rest was the labor. OK Good for him that he can get that much but then the doorbell ring charge was tacked onto that. Ow.

Excellent job, and he came very quickly after being contacted. Jason does a great job!

If they recommend major work, get a second opinion. Still waiting for a refund Check for what would have been a $400 repair that was misdiagnosed. I’ll edit this review when I receive promised refund check.

I called them Thanksgiving Day and he was here within 3 hours. Wonderful experience. Very kind. Very knowledgeable.
