Eugene and his team are fantastic. Really great service, on time and very responsive. They also are caring and explain the process very well. Would recommend to anyone.

Eugene was amazing to work with from the early planning and quoting stages down to the final delivery details.
We had a 5 zone/two condensers system installed in our 100+yr old townhouse in Harlem.
Rather than starting with quotes on par with average price of single family home as most of his peers, Eugene took his time, walked through the property and came up with creative design solutions that took into account aesthetics, cost and ergonomics and came up with a fantastic overall solution that met our needs and minimized the impact on the property.
He worked patiently to all our followup questions and suggestions, he embraced whatever made sense and he didn't shy away from pointing out poor choices our end.
He showed on the agreed date and he was done in five days as promised despite a number of unexpected delays caused by us. Through it all he exuded with enthusiasm and openness.
We couldn't be happier with overall experience and the end result.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU SPEND 20K ON MINISPLITS- I waited a few months before writing this review about the Mitsubishi 2 compressor, 6 minisplit units I had installed in my home this summer. I had a very bad experience with another installer on a rental property, so I was very choosy this time around. I spoke to several companies and got several quotes. Eugene's quote was not the cheapest and his price didn't include the Kumo Cloud wifi controllers like other companies did. I highly recommend you get wifi control of your units because they are so quiet you forget to turn them off before you leave! My other property has Fujitsu Halycon units-supposedly dependable but I have had terrible luck with them so this time around I wanted the most reliable so I paid for Mitsubishi. REMEMBER and LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES; every time something goes wrong, it ends up being a minimum $500 just to get someone over to run a diagnostic. My fujitsu repairs were usually $800-1000 at least once a year. My Fujitsus weren't installed properly, the original installers bailed on me, the second company I had used to move piping disappeared. So I wanted to work with a reliable company this time around that was not going anywhere. Eugene fixed my Fujitsus and gave me good free advice so I chose his company Airnizer to do my home install. He kept his word, was on schedule and I am happy with the result. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

    ***Beware Of This Shady Company***

It is my opinion that this company tried to take advantage of someone that didn’t know anything about HVACs. Same way a sleazy auto mechanic would.

Had a HVAC unit that had a slow drip out the bottom. They charged me $250 to come look at it. After fumbling around a bit they told me a piece was broken and the only way the fix it was to make a hole in my drywall of my bedroom and replace the pump. Total of $2150! That did not include repairing / painting the drywall which they said they would not do.

It sounded crazy to me that this one little piece dripping water would be this big of an issue so I told them no. I ended up getting a 2nd opinion from another company in NYC. Anyway, the other company fixed it in about 35-45 minutes. Charged me $150 total! It’s been a few days and the AC is working like new.

I reached out to ask if they would give me the $250 back. They asked for a receipt from the other company, which I gave them. Still would not give me a refund. Then asked me all these questions about what the other company did.. Again, I’m not an HVAC repair expert. Said they must of done some cheap fix.. blah blah blah. All I know it that it’s working great now.

When texting with the office to explain the experience I had a with them. They responded by threatening me about lawyering up if I posted a negative review.

Just use another company. Get very unethical vibes from them.

Both my mini-split system and my boiler went out on the same day. I called Airnizer, and they were able to get a tech out the same day. They got both my systems sorted out in no time flat. Everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly the price was extremely fair.

Called Airnizer after my boiler stopped working. They were quick to answer and sent a tech right away. Got it fixed in 2 days. They were really professional. Initial service charge was $150 but it is included in the repair job. A little steep compared to other companies service charge but for this job it was worth it.
