Airnizer is superlative in so many ways!

Around thirty years ago my husband and I lovingly restored an 1840’s row house. We didn’t see the need to air condition then. However, as the summers got hotter and hotter we realized we had a problem. Since we weren’t interested in central air and we didn’t want to alter the looks of our home with window air conditioners, we decided that a split system was the answer. We talked with several installers and were extremely impressed with Eugene Kobak’s understanding of our aesthetic and practical issues and his ability to anticipate technical concerns.

Eugene and his two assistants did not disappoint us. Here are some of the things they did right:
• It’s a small enough company that the owner was on site all day, every day.
• We felt confident that Eugene was a consummate professional who knew exactly what he was doing.
• Eugene worked with us in placing the units as unobtrusively as possible.
• He did an amazing job of making the ducts, etc. blend in with our architecture.
• All the workmen were extremely polite and non-invasive.
• These guys are CLEAN. They left as little mess as possible in such an invasive procedure.
• Eugene and his company stayed with us until the job was finished. They arrived when they promised and worked a full day (sometimes longer!).
• Eugene didn’t leave at night until each unit was tested for working perfection.

I would recommend Eugene Kobak and his company Airnizer to my best friend. In fact, I plan to!

Eugene and his team helped us resolve a complicated series of HVAC issues under significant time pressure. He was extremely responsive via text and phone throughout the process, quoted fair prices and never hit us with surprise fees or overages, and would not stop until the job was done to his (extremely high) quality standard. I’d work with him again without hesitation.

If I could give this team 10 stars I would. They are fantastic. Prompt, to their word, clean, swift, and just wonderful. From the first phone call to the final day of installation. I can't speak highly enough of their work, the professionalism. I would recommend Eugene and his team to anyone. Eugene is responsive, answers every question with a smile. And the finished product is exactly as promised.

I was so happy I worked with Airnizer to install a new mini split system in my condo. I had recently purchased the place and the existing system was 13 years old and constantly having issues. Eugene came by to do an assessment and was extremely knowledgable and patient in answering questions. We opted to replace the two inverters and three in door units with a new system. His team was on time, professional, and respectful of not only my condo but the common areas of the building. The new system works perfectly. I can't recommend Eugene enough.

So happy I found Airnizer. Last year I had interviewed several contractors for my upstairs apartment. Eugene was knowledgeable and responsive to all questions. He and his team were timely and consistently professional. They installed three units and designed it to look sleek and unobtrusive.

The owner, Eugene, responded to my request for quote immediately, and scheduled an appointment with me to survey my property, within a few days from our initial contact. Upon seeing my property, he was able to knowledgeably advise me of the best size of HVAC I needed, where it should go (given the parameters of my apt), what to tell the electrician (who would be wiring to the outside of the building for it). Then he fit me in earlier than anticipated, and he and his guys did an Amazing job at installing! ... They showed they were honest, hardworking, clean and very good at what you do.

Eugene (Yauheni) Kobak, the president of Airnizer, Inc. wanted and appreciated our business. He was friendly and informative during the initial conversation and was very prompt in arriving at our premises. Eugene explained HVAC mini-split and did not try to sell us more than we needed. He made suggestions which actually saved us money overall! He delivered a detailed estimate within 24 hours of meeting with us, which contained both options we had discussed.
The installation was completed within several days of contract signing and his crew worked very neat and efficiently. The experience of this company showed itself during the installation process in the placement of the condenser unit and the inside air handlers. Eugene made suggestions to prevent possible future problems that we, of course, never would have thought of.
If you want a reliable contractor with fair prices, Airnizer is the one to call!

You really can’t find much better than Eugene and his team at Airnizer. I contacted them when I leased a new commercial space in Boerum Hill. They worked with me to find the issue and made sure to stay around to explain the fixes they made, and make sure the system was really working well. It is radiant heat so it took some time to initially warm up, so it was a lot of time that they spent making sure it was working properly. Since then I have reached out to them 3-4 times about separate issues with other spaces I have, and every time they have been responsive and quick. Most recently we had a commercial AC replaced, and while I did not feel the need to shop around their offer (because they were SO reasonable and competitive in the past) they found a time that worked for my business, were prompt on ordering the parts needed, and quickly changed out the unit. Really, a A+ for Airnizer!!!
