Richie Bros. HVAC

Richie Bros is the best. The ductless system that they installed in my 90 year old house far exceeds my expectations, and performs better than they promised. They were on time, neat, and kept me informed about the process. Very happy customer.

Have been clients for years with Ritchie Bros. but they really stepped up after Ida and we had 3 feet of water in our basement and lost our boiler. Chris and Lisa always look out for us. Making a tough time less stressful. 100% recommend.

When your AC is out you need someone who responds quickly. That would be Richie Bros. They have been maintaining my HVAC systems for over 8 years. They are professional, timely, and thorough. They just installed 3 zoned AC units in my home. They were careful with all the covid rules, left my home clean and with plenty of cool air.

Had to install a new a/c system. Richie Bros was professional and handled everything smoothly, including obtaining the necessary inspections/permits from the town. Happy to have our a/c back up and running during this hot summer. Richie Bros worked quickly to make sure we didn’t have to wait long. Highly recommend them.

Strongly recommend. Really sucks to have your boiler breakdown, especially during a cold snap, but these guys made it as painless a process as I could've hoped for. They were able to get me a new one (during a pandemic) and install it the same week. Everyone who I spoke to was patient and professional. Bonus: They left my place cleaner than when they came.

As a local home inspector, I get an opportunity that most people don't get when it comes to seeing the wide varitety of HVAC systems and components and the way that they are installed in homes. Most people only see their own system. Over the years, I've seen some really great systems that were in need of major repair and/or replacement prematurely due to poor installation. With so many companies and options out there I can see how difficult it could be for the typical homeowner to decide who to trust. Had a great experience with Richie Bros..Chris came out after hurricane Ida and was very helpful and responsive despite having their own offices flooded and being swamped with calls. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for HVAC work.

I must say that I was very impressed with Dillon from the moment I met him. He was very professional. I had a lot of questions about the mini split air conditioner that I wanted to install because we were not familiar with this new technology, and Dillon answered our questions and concerns. I also had an emergency. Durning the heatwave our AC shorted out. Ritchie Bros came quick, found the equipment, was able to get permits, and worked in our attic in the heat.
They did it fast and professional. The Guys were the best.
