We needed a new HVAC company and Richie Bros was recommended to us. Their service and responsiveness exceeded our high expectations!! It turned out our steam boiler was cracked and we needed a new one. The owner, Richie, came himself to evaluate the situation and help install the new boiler and piping. He and his team adjusted their schedule to fit us in, knowing it was going to be a cold weekend. Chris was on the phone with me after hours, helping us with the follow up. Great service all around!!!

Chris from Richie Bros performed the annual maintenance check on my Mitsubishi mini-split system and did a bib cleaning for one of my units yesterday (3/22/2021). Chris was very professional, performed his work efficiently, arrived on time, and answered all of my questions, including those related to the bib cleaning. Richie Bros installed my Mitsubishi mini-split system 4 years ago, and I remain impressed with the quality of their service, the professionalism of their technicians, and the reasonableness of their prices. I will continue to use Richie Bros, and I highly recommend them for HVAC maintenance and installation.

Richie Bros replaced our 40-yr old boiler that inconveniently broke in the middle of winter. Despite being overrun with emergencies, they were extremely responsive, on the phone on Sunday to figure out the problem (the pump had given up), visiting promptly to figure out options, ordering and installing. They gave us sufficient information to make a decision about our future heating system plans, got us a quote quickly, kept us abreast of the ordering status and installed it as soon as the boiler arrived. They were clean, professional, thorough, and COVID-aware. We will definitely be using Richie Bros again for our future HVAC needs.

We switched from another well known HVAC company that services many homes in our neighborhood because the their customer service was frustrating. We have had our water heater die in the middle of the coldest winter and AC die in the middle of the hottest summer. During both instances Richie Bros responded quickly and treated our situation as if it were their top priority. The Richie team is honest, professional and accessible. In particular, Sue in the office - customer service starts with the person who answers the phone and Sue is amazing, responsive and familiar with the customer base. Chris and Dillon who come to the house are trust worthy and take ownership of your project start to finish. Chris was in constant communication with the timeline of our recent AC install and we couldn't be more grateful. A+ to the entire team as customer service is clearly the top priority for Richie.

Richie Brothers was referred to me by two of my neighbors. I hired them to install a new high efficiency boiler and I could not be happier with their service. The technicians were very professional and they were extremely neat and clean. They used new drop cloths all throughout my house which was really important to me and they left my house spotless when they were finished! They are great, highly recommended!

What a great job! Mitsubishi ductless works like a charm. Rich came to give us an estimate and we knew immediately we wanted to work with him before we even received the estimate. The installation was done by Dillon & Victor who were not only professional but also neat and courteous!!! Dillon was great at explaining how the system worked too.
