Richie Bros. HVAC

We have been using Richie Bros for our heating & A/C for several years. Recently we had a situation with our central A/C coil; it was leaking during a heat wave (90 degrees). Richie Bros replaced it with a new copper coil (because that was the type under warranty). However, the new one leaked after 6 weeks (due to a manufacturer defect, not Richie Bros' fault). Since we were experiencing another heat wave, Richie Bros immediately installed an aluminum coil by Trane (better than the copper coil by another manufacturer).
The owner of Richie Bros doesn't treat you like just another customer, as some of the larger HVAC companies do. If there is a problem, he explains everything so the consumer thoroughly understands the situation.
His service reps are polite, professional and reliable. Most important, the owner stands by his work and his word - a rare attribute these days.

Rochie brothers recently replaced my ac unit on the hottest day of the year. They were in and out in 8 hours and worked very neat and clean. The owner and the workers were all very nice and it was overall a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend them!

Total dirt bags!! Unreliable and extremely overpriced!! First it took more then a week to get them to my house to do a leak test which took 20 minutes to do , charged me over 500$ .
WOW!! Then they wanted to come back a week later to see what parts they needed, They cancelled the day of. I took the day off. Then rescheduled for the next week. Again the day of the appointment I took another day off , they called me and said that they are no longer working with the brand of a/c I have. This is during the hottest 3 weeks this July. They where also aware that my 87 year old father lives in the house. DIRTBAGS.

Perfect. Great guys. Totally ethical and reasonable. Had them do a range of easy to complicated stuff and everything worked perfectly. House now has multiple zones with wifi thermostats that perfectly control all of their spaces. Can do furnaces, ductless, filters, humidifiers, everything. Just great across the board.

Richie Brothers replaced the AC in our house. Incredibly professional and efficient staff. No corners cut and delivered as promised. Recommend them without reservation. .
