0800 appointments mean they are getting their vehicles ready and then driving to your home, not that they will be at your house at that time. That being said, once on site they are very knowledgable, professional and efficient. Installed a much needed outlet on the outside of my house. Very pleased so far.

Top flight ! Matt and his crew were total pros...knowledgeable beyond description, as well as going above and beyond to be sure we were happy with every detail. A pleasure to have in our home. So happy we found each other ! Jameson Electric is most definitely the only call to make !

Dillon and Tyler were very professional and answered all of our questions. Very timely and even cleaned after the installation was complete. Would highly recommend for future projects.

I called to make an appointment, only to be answered by an answering service, on behalf of the company, waited an hour for someone to call me back and then being advised that someone will call to schedule an appointment later this week by dispatch.

NO ONE CALLED. They randomly showed up at my house two hours later unannounced without calling to make that appointment. Just a confused technician showing up at my home unannounced was a $49 charge. Not happy.

Jameson Electric came up on Google and had some good reviews so I'll called them. Half the power in my house was out. They assessed the problem quickly, ordered the part and came back and fixed the breaker panel. They were very efficient. It cost a lot but I now have power. I will definitely call them again!

I was told it would take two to three days to rewire my all my ceiling fixtures and install new fan boxes in four rooms. The price was a little more than expected but walked me through everything and replaced switches and a light over the kitchen sink for no extra. They were on time, cleaned up well, and was extremely courteous. Any type of electrical work I need in the future will go directly to them no questions asked. Could not recommend them more highly.

They show up when they say they'll show up and they do (quite well) what they say they are going to do. Sounds simple, but these two basics seem very difficult to find these days. Bonus points with the Mrs. - they send a text letting you know who is coming over with a picture of the person coming over and the fellow who came over put booties over his shoes. Two more simple things, but they go a long way to making sure that I'll keep calling.

Very good job done by Jessy and Brandon. The work was completed professionally and to my satisfaction. They cleaned up after job was completed. Great communication with the company via text and phone calls. Very responsive. The only issue I had was the written quote did not price out each of the 3-4 tasks but rather a total price. The tasks listed in the quote were in “electrical speak” so I could not discern if the job that was discussed during the quote visit was the same as on the written quote. I did call the company about this and was reassured that the job would be done as discussed with Jessy on site. I would use the company again.

Jason did such a great job installing my new breaker box I called Jameson Electric again for my switch replacement. Jason is such a pro! Fast, friendly, helpful and when I get ready to do the HVAC I will be calling Jameson Electric again and asking for Jason!
