Jameson came highly recommended from a friend and they did not disappoint. They installed my new HVAC system and have been doing the regular maintenance of my HVAC system for the past three years. We had a very disappointing experience with Jameson regarding the sales tactics used by their representative. We have four cold-start fluorescent lights in our garage, and one of them wasn't lighting. When Tyler arrived, he wasn't honest with me during the first two minutes of our discussion. He told me that fluorescent fixtures were no longer available and that I would need to replace the non-working fixture with an LED. He continued that since I likely wouldn't want one different light in the garage, I should consider replacing all of the fluorescents with LED's, and he could do that for me today.
I told him that I was aware that fluorescent fixtures and parts were still readily available, and the lights in the garage weren't used many hours, so I wanted to just have four working fluorescent lights. He then "discovered" that fluorescent fixtures were still available--even in local big box stores(!), and told me he would give me some quotes. He then provided quotes for installing four fluorescent lights (~ $2,600) and four LED lights (~$2,500), and recommended the LED lights since they were cheaper and more efficient.
I reminded him that I wanted the ONE fluorescent light replaced or repaired, and I didn't care if the fixture was slightly different than the other three since it was in the garage. He came back with a quote of ~$700 to replace the one light. I asked how that was calculated, since it seemed quite high and that about $600 would need to be allocated to labor. He said he couldn't explain how the cost was calculated, but that was the company-designated cost that came up in his device. I thanked him for his time, paid the $53 dispatch charge, and told him I would look elsewhere.
Subsequently, I had the light repaired by another company which replaced the defective electronic starter for $166. My feeling is that Jameson was much more concerned about pumping up their charges than meeting my needs.

I needed a second opinion on some suggested work from another company and Ryan showed up right on time, was very professional, explained everything in detail and potentially saved me a few hundred dollars. Really great experience!

Dyllon was on time and very informative on what we needed done. He explained everything and was honest about the best and cheapest route to go depending on what we wanted. I am having them come back to do the installation next week!

They came the same day I called and the technician Jeff was very friendly/professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got it all wired back up and fixed. Would use them again next time we have an electrical problem.
