Jameson Electric, Heating & Air

We had unexpectedly lost power to a few outlets on the 2 main floors. After I did what simple checks I could, I realized this was over my head. I called Jameson, they were here 2 hrs later. The job was completed in about 1 hr. They have restored my hope in quality customer service!! Thank you!

Called and repairman was here the same morning. The problem was easily solved, and didn't require any extra service. Just paid for the service call. Jason was very prompt, professional and respectful. I won't hesitate to call Jameson Electric again.

I called for an estimate and they were here in just a couple hours. The work was done today 10-7-21 and arrival was on the early part of window which I appreciated. The techs were just great and I felt totally comfortable with them and their ability. Completed as quoted. Will 100% use Jameson Electric again for other work coming up!

Excellent experience !!! I was informed when the tech would be arriving and he arrived on time. I was informed ahead of time of what my repair would cost. The repair was done in a timely manner and the tech was great !!

Great experience. Needed to get several outlets fixed in our new house. Ryan did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Jameson is now our go to provider.

Fortunately, Ryan Majewski was available after his last appointment and was at my home with 2 hours of initial call to the office. Although it was determined to be problem with a National Grid line, which Nat'l Grid repaired the same afternoon, Ryan and associate with him checked our electric fuse panel and explained possible problem. Nat'l Grid rep arrived within about 10 minutes after Ryan got here. Although it turned out that no repair work had to be done by Ryan, he was nevertheless helpful and I would call Jameson Electric again if I had a problem.

Technician Ryan arrived on time and was professional, courteous, and very helpful. He listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Ryan and Jameson Electric to friends and family.

I used this service to repair my standby generator.They came out and in 10 minutes said I have to rebuild the engine at a cost of $1500-$2000. Charged me $53 for a service call and said they would get back with a estimate and never heard from them again. Called a service that rebuilds generators and got it running in 5 minutes. Granted my generator is 15 years old and needs some parts replaced that are worn. This service might be good for electrical repairs.but no knowledge about repairing generators
