Rob responded to my call on Saturday night quickly and efficiently. He came to the house and I was surprised by how young he was but he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Mike was very good. He found ways to improve the overall humidity in the house and provided us with advice on how to maintain a more comfortable environment within our home. He went above and beyond his contracted maintenance activity to help the ensure we were taken care of.

We had our home heating system serviced to make sure it is working properly for the winter season today. Previously, we were a customer od Northeast Mechanical for over 30 years.
Steve, the service technician called prior to arriving and was actually a little early. He worked diligently and was very thorough in carrying out the maintenance review and servicing of our heating system.
We were very impressed as he reviewed his computerized checklist on his phone upon completion of his work, all the while re-explaining the steps taken and pointing out all the component parts of the system serviced. He deserves to be commended for his professionalism and customer care.

Their technician, Josh did an extensive and detailed maintenance of our furnace system .
Not only was he extremely polite, he also cleaned up the area around the unit afterwards.

We needed new zone valves replaced on our boiler system. Howard, who was part of the original install, realized we had at least on defective one (out of five) when he came for some follow-up service. This trip was to actually do the replacement. Howard was on time, always courteous, very pleasant to deal with, and gives very clear explanations of what he is doing. I recommend Belknap highly and Howard even more so!

I was very greatful to find a company that had a technician available the same evening as our AC broke (on a Friday late afternoon). The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. The only issue was that the price he quoted me right before starting the repair was not the price that I ended up paying at the end because he said he "made a mistake".

Update: Less than 24 hours later, AC was not working again. The same technician came back and found a frayed wire that was shorting, and replaced it at no additional charge.
