Great service, extreme overcharge for parts. Friendly service person, I got charged 450 dollars for a part that costed online less than 100. I do not mind paying extra but not that much. I voiced my displeasure via an email and got a call from the manager, he attempted to explain the price included labor when the invoice clearly states that as a separate charge. There is a line item for a part and it stated 450.

Update: After a call from the company, they elaborated on the charges and apologized for the confusion. I explained if they broke out the charges explaining what is being paid for, people like me will not be as upset. He appreciated the criticism.

We had an entire heating and cooling system put into our house, including all the ductwork. They were so professional but what was more important to me was how they worked with us and treated us, they were personable, which means more to me than anything. They went above and beyond to make it work in this older house. I highly recommend Belknap for your heating and cooling.

We have had excellent service from Belknap Heating & Cooling. Most recently we met Kyle, a service technician who came out to perform our annual air conditioning checkup. He was a pleasure to work with and explained the nature of the checkup in detail. Last year we had to purchase a new furnace for our home, and we received sound advice and a fair price on our furnace. We have been extremely happy with all of our contacts with Belknap and recommend them to you.

Chris just finished my yearly service on my furnace. Chris was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Belknap called the day before as a reminder of appointment and Chris called before he came to appointment on time. He reviewed work completed and any potential problems. Would highly recommend Belknap for any furnace or air conditioning service and ask for Chris.

Howard was fantastic! Our boiler broke and we did not have any hot water. They diagnosed the problem quickly and made an extra effort to get our part and installation completed as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend.

Corey, the Belknap Technician was very professional and courteous. He examined the HVAC system and identified the root cause of the leak that created issues to maintain an optimal temperature. In addition he outline the next steps to take corrective action on the equipment that is under manufacturer's warranty.

Our technician Steve showed up promptly, even on a snowy icy day, and fixed the issue causing our furnace not to work within 30 minutes. He was courteous and thoroughly explained the problem to my husband. The service call fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Belknap and will call them again for any future problems. We enjoyed Steve’s Texas accent and his Southern demeanor!

We are long time customers with Belknap. Today's visit was routine A/C maintenance. Serviceman, Randy, came earlier than scheduled, after phone call to ask if it was ok. He was polite,efficient, explained his work and findings.

The owner, Gary, and my service technician, Howard are professional and knowledgeable. It's so nice to have a company that I can trust with my heating and A/C needs. Technician, Howard, was to arrive between2-4. After a call he arrived at promptly at 2:10. He listened to the noise from the furnace, diagnosed the issue and repaired.I am extremely happy with his knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency.
