Jimmie came to do the maintenance on our Air Conditioners. He called before coming to let me know he was on his way. He was very prompt and courteous. He worked very efficiently and finished the maintenance and explained what he had done and the billing procedure. This was a very good experience with this Company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

The service we requested were handled very quickly. They installed a combo boiler heating unit. The day of installation 2 installers arrived at the time they said they were going to be arriving. Both men were very courteous and showed us how the unit operates. We would highly recommend this business to all of our friends

I have used several HVAC companies over the years, and have now settled on Belknap as my go to. Each technician was pleasant, helpful and efficient -- explaining to me exactly what was or wasn't working. When a frozen condensation trap led to a planned replacement and the trap unfroze in the interim, Belknap sent people out to check that it was really working, not just a fluke. No charge, confirmation all was well -- reassurance for this homeowner. Great company.

The technician arrived on time to look over my A/C and heating. He looked over the air filter and humidifier pad and indicated they were now fine; he indicated what to look for when it's time to replace them. AC gas is low and is CFC (from 1989!). A replacement is not needed now, but this will be coming in the next year or so. He was informative and I'm happy with the experience.

Dave and Cory installed our units and they went above and beyond to answer questions , check out problems and did a good job installing our furnace and air conditioner. They were prompt and efficient and left no mess. They were very good.

Belknap's technician Mickey was prompt, polite, personable, thorough, and very professional in all respects. This is why I've used Belknap for more than 25 years. Great company, great people.

2020 was not done with us yet !! On New Year's Eve the ignition switch failed on our furnace. Dawn was a lifesaver and arranged for someone to come out at 3 on. New Year's Eve. Corie showed up within 1/2 hr. He didn't have the exact right part but made it work until they could get the right one. Randy came out first thing Monday to install the new part. Everyone was helpful, kind and so helpful. The price was VERY REASONABLE. We have made an appointment for them in the spring to do some other work. You all went above and beyond. I have a service contract with Belknap for maintenance of my furnace, AC, and generator. They always have been honest, professional, friendly, and provided great service. I had my furnace serviced today by Mike, he did an outstanding job!

Yesterday, Belknap checked our furnace for proper operation. Steve, the technician, did a complete and thorough job. He answered all of my questions. He wasted no time. completing his work. Very courteous. I am glad that I have Belknap maintain my furnace.
