Sean arrived on time and was very professional. He explained all the options for completion of my job and once the decision was made he started the work and completed in a timely manner. I would gladly recommend the company to anyone looking for a plumber.

I called A Johnson because they had installed the system years ago and because I used them last year. Mike had access to last year's records which was helpful for the services required this year.
Mike was knowledgeable and helpful, and with COVID, was respected protocol when coming to my home. The system is currently serviced and working well and I can feel at ease throughout the winter.
I would recommend A Johnson for service and will be using them next year for the health of my heating system.

The service Tech we had this year Mike was another example of great service, he is one of the the many great reasons that we went to A. Johnsons for the installation and continued service and will remain with them.

I called this company to come out for a diagnosis of my boiler. The tech came in without any tools and only a tablet. Took about 5 pics and quoted me $1100 with some bs VIP club offer or $1200 without it. I paid him $70 tfor their diagnosis and said I would get back to them. I finally found a independent contractor to come out and he installed a new circulator pump and relief valve and my total cost was $260. I will never contact this company or recommend them to anyone else. What a joke

The General Manager called me and showed sincere concern over my issues and decided to refund the cost for the initial visit. I really appreciated that call and was glad to hear back from him.

A.Johnson’s consistently does great work, consistently returns your calls, and consistently shows up as promised. Unfortunately, they also consistently charge an arm and a leg for their work. That said, I have had other plumbing issues, and called other places, only to wait DAYS before they even return the call...IF they return the call at all. I can say this, if I need help, and I call A. Johnson’s, they are there in a matter of hours, and the job is done (and done well), taking a load off my shoulders, and a small load out of my checkbook. It is nice to know they will BE THERE when you need it!

Very responsive to our Sunday morning emergency. Part needed was ordered on Monday morning and installed on Tuesday afternoon. As good as one could expect.
Thad knew his job well and was wearing a mask as he should have.

Sean and Deidre are direct in their assessments. They have always been honest with me. I am a landlord and always ask for Sean for service on all my properties. I have developed a level of trustworthiness with he and Deidre over a period of about 4 years. Another thing is that he is punctual and lets you know what time he will be on the jobsite. Overall I would recommend Sean as a corteous and professional HVAC technician for A. Johnson.

Mike was very polite and professional. He laid out our options, answered our questions, and wasn't pushy or trying to get us to buy anything we didn't need. Will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Tyler did a good job. Had a little issue with code and was fixed the following day. Good company to deal with.
