Tyler called before arriving, diagnosed the problem and got heat back on. There were two parts not available today but he found a way to get the furnace working, ordered the parts and will be back in two days to finish the repairs. While the cost was fairly high, Tyler was upfront with me the entire time. There were no surprises. Everything was explained in advance. Tyler was a great technician.

Overall I had 3 employees visit my house. 2 for service and one for an estimate. All 3 were equally polite, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. 10/10 will use this company again.

Amazing quick service. Had an issue with our hot water tank not working, they were able to replace it and set us up for financing to avoid paying anything out of pocket. James and Dennis were great at their job, very personable so it wasn't a drag to wait for the work to get done, they were even keeping it safe by being masked the entire time. 100% professional service and I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of plumbing, heating, or anything else needed for repair.

Very happy with the job done by Austin. He was very professional and thorough. He came to do my yearly furnace maintenance. I was talking to him about the age of my water heater and he said that if I wanted, he had time to check it out after he was done with my furnace. He told me the price for the water heater service and I thought it was very reasonable, so I told him to do it. I will only use Anthony Johnson for my plumbing and heating needs.

Being new to home ownership, I was looking for a "tune up" for our furnace and was referred to this company by a co worker. We received maintenance on a furnace that had never been serviced since it's purchase! I can honestly tell you that because of you guys we will probably save quite an exorbitant amount on energy costs in the future. You also set me up with an appointment the day of my calling, and the technician was on time and beyond friendly and personable. The technician explained the service that he would be providing and he provided said service in an efficiently timed manner. Of course I hate parting with my money, but with the amount that I believe you guys have saved me, the cost was deemed reasonable in my opinion. Excellent quality in customer service! You guys have definitely found a new customer for life!

Great company with excellent technicians. Shout out to Sean who not only prepared out furnaces for the winter, but checked/re-set out carbon monoxide detector and fixed our outdoor spigot. Good old-fashioned service from a company that cares about it's customers on a personal level. Thanks guys! (Shout out to Mike as well - great representative of A. Johnson. :-) ).

Always a great experience with Johnson. Great service, great work. Mike Ambrosino did a great job in my kitchen and was done in a timely manner. Also had a valve changed in my bathroom prior to the kitchen job and it was also an excellent job. They aren’t cheap, but if you want quality sometimes you pay for it. I highly recommend them.

Brandon was great. Came out late Sunday night because there was no heat and it was freezing outside. He worked for 2 hours to try and get the system going, but wasn't successful. He was able to determine what was wrong, got the part ordered and was back as soon as the part came in.
Its comforting working with an area company - they built and installed the system and understands how it works. Customer service is excellent.

Amazing and Fantastic Service! Mike the service tech was great. Gave an honest evaluation of my broken central air unit. Made the repairs without trying to sell me a whole new system like other companies would have done. Saved me big time with a heat wave only a day away and my sons graduation party about to take place this weekend. He also gave me preventive maintenance suggestions and they will give a free quote on a future new system since mine is over 20 years old and will probably need eventual replacement. Thanks again Mike my son said you’re awesome and even our cat adored you. 😀
