The technician, Sean, was very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. We liked his professionalism and work that we requested him again for the next repair job we had. He was able to arrive earlier than expected.

Brandon and his co-technicians worked straight through the day to install a new Lennox furnace for us, at a reasonable price I might add! It started with a late night service call and they brought space heaters in case they couldn't get our furnace working. They had to make a return visit the next day and after all their efforts determined that we needed a new furnace. They were professional, diligent and excellent at trouble shooting the installation of the new furnace with the existing piping and wiring. The office customer service was excellent as well! They sent a text with a picture of the technician that was coming, with a background of his experience and th technician, Brandon, even called to let us know he was on his way. Needed preventive maintenance on my furnace. Contacted A. Johnson Plumbing and Heating. Austin Scavullo came right on scheduled time and did a very good job! Very professional and customer oriented. I've been contacting this same company for the past 3 yrs for that same reason. I highly recommend it.

In reference to our appointment to have our furnace maintained today. Sean was excellent. On time, friendly, knowledgeable. In the world today where its all about the dollar I find A Johnson tries to satisfy their customers. In this line of work, heating and cooling is very important. Can't go thru winter without heat and very uncomfortable in the heat without air. I'd rather give my business to the small local guy.

Sean from A. Johnson came out to do a yearly maintenance and inspection of our boiler. I chose A. Johnson specially because Sean provided service at the home where we previously lived, and I was impressed by his thoroughness and professionalism (the only service professional of any type who made such an impression in the 7 years we lived in that house). This time, he had to endure a less than pleasant crawl space that unexpectedly had water on the floor. He diagnosed the issue as the water heater, and went on to complete the scheduled service. We quickly got an estimate for the water heater and based on our experience, we plan on having A. Johnson do that installation as well.

Dennis was prompt and worked quickly to get our sewage drain free of any blockage. He was nice and professional. We definitely keep them forefront for any plumbing needs. We are looking to engage their HVAC services for maintenance.

I discovered A. Johnson several years ago when heat pipes burst during a deep freeze. They responded off hours and were thorough. Recently they installed ductless AC/heat, water softener, and filter. Each job was professionally done. Technicians were polite, explained things clearly, and answered all of my questions.Very reliable company.
