Superior Co-Op HVAC Heating & Cooling - Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor Elite

We used SCOOP HVAC for our new Mitsubishi heat pump heating and cooling system. The SCOOP HVAC crew did an awesome job installing the unit! The entire experience,from initial quote and walk -through to install,was so professional and pleasant to deal with! We would highly recommend them and the system they back!

From my first phone call to Superior Co-op, I was very impressed with how courteous and accommodating Gerald was. He came in a snow storm, 2 days later to assess our needs for a ductless AC system. He invited us over to his building so they could show us the systems they were suggesting for us. The next day we went and Glen was very detailed in showing us and explaining everything. We had our estimate that day. We decided to go with their suggestion of AC/Hyper Heat pump system. The installation process was again very impressive with Josh (Gerald's son) and a few others doing an awesome job. They were very polite and answered all our questions as they came about and addressed any concerns. Gerald and Glen came back in a week or so (with a beautiful Orchid plant!!) and explained all the remotes and operation of the systems. With my 40+ years of being in customer service, I insist on quality, detail and excellence and I can honestly say that this business holds up to their name "SUPERIOR"!! The DIAMOND PREFERRED Mitsubishi contractor is well deserved!

We went with SCOOP HVAC because they offered the product we were interested in (Mitsubishi ductless mini-split air source hyper-heat pump) and they are located with a few miles of our home. The entire process, from our initial meeting with Gerald to project completion went smoothly with no surprises. We initially met with Gerald at our home and then met him at the showroom where he went over the component features and pricing. The crew began installation of a heating system (comprised of two outdoor units and five mini-split heads) as well as a heat pump water heater, within a few days after meeting with Gerald. The entire system was installed and tested in four days. Josh lead the installation and walked us through all of the components and answered all of our questions about operation and maintenance. All work was done in a neat and professional manner. We are very happy with the products and services provided by SCOOP HVAC and would recommend them to others.

The precision and planning by Glen and his team of highly knowledgeable and qualified technicians created a sense of trust and money well spent! We ordered 5 indoor and two outdoor units. Superior Co-Op was extremely knowledgeable and set up a great system of ductless mini-splits for our house. We are 100% off heating oil! The house is warm and cozy all the time (even when it gets in the negatives outside!) and the units are quiet. The installation guys were very professional and did a terrific job. We couldn't be happier!

Gerald and his crew did an excellent job of installing our new system. We are very pleased with how warm our living room is. Can't wait to see how the cooling process works this summer. His crew was very neat and polite. Would highly recommend their services!

Friendly and great installers. We had a few equipment hiccups (my bad luck and manufacturer issues, not the businesses fault) that Glen and team have been great about working to resolve. Over all very happy with the heat pumps + HVAC units. Waiting to resolve a overly loud sound issue with the compressor of new hot water heater (manufacturer issue) but I know SCOOP will take care of it once the part arrives. Very happy to have switched away from Oil heat before this winter.

Fantastic experience. Austin, Josh, and Glen were friendly, helpful, professional, and patient as I asked lots of questions about different system configurations and some of the technical aspects of the install. Moreover, SCOOP was the only company we contacted that was willing to do the extra work involved to get us a huge rebate ($7,300) from National Grid for installing an energy efficient system. The final install looks great and works even better. I'd gladly call them again, and they'll certainly be doing the annual maintenance on the system for me.

We had mini splits installed throughout the whole house. We absolutely love them. Best decision. Everyone from the company we dealt with was so kind and wonderful. We will recommend them forever!!
