Budget Climate Control - HVAC & Plumbing Albuquerque

Our downstairs AC unit went out just as the temps went into the 90s. Budget Climate Control was able to send someone out the next morning. Bill N. was very professional, explained everything to me in detail (and to my husband via phone) and fixed the problem quickly. We've had great experiences with this company and highly recommend BCC and Bill N.

We have been customer's of Budget Climate Control since 2014. All the staff, office and workers, have been exceptionally courteous and professional. They have accommodated us with getting workers out on time. All the workers have been super nice and work very efficiently and always available to answer questions. The workers are very conscientious about their work and clean up so it looks like nothing was worked on. This shows they personally have high ethics. Highly recommend this company.

Not only was the repair man late but it wasn't the person I was told would be here. I needed a leak fixed in my shower at the handle. After 2 trips for parts and flooding our bathroom he said he could not fix the problem. Not only was that not fixed now there is a nice stream of water flowing from the shower head which wasn't leaking before. I was told he couldn't fixing it and was told to call another company which I definitely will do.

I want to add to my review above. After speaking with the owner and his son everything was corrected. They were very polite and answered all questions. They made all problems correct. I would definitely us the company again. Don't know about other company's but if anything is done wrong they will make it right.

Bill Norton of Budget climate Control recently did 2 days worth of HVAC and plumbing at our house in Santa Fe. His work was excellent, he showed up on time and had great suggestions for improving the maintenance of our home systems. We will use Budget and Bill for our future home repair needs.

Charles is a great tech! Resolved my A/C issue quickly and professionally. They were able to come out same day, even when I called in the middle of the afternoon. Great customer service and affordable pricing. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Jason, the HVAC tech from Budget Climate Control, demonstrated excellent product knowledge, even for my 1992 Carrier furnace. The problem was identified and the furnace was repaired in short order. Both Jason and the office help were polite, courteous and prompt in their response.

Orville arrived on time, very Friendly and professional. He explained everything that he was going to repair. Due to unforeseen issue he was able to still quickly resolve the problem. Also when he finished the repairs he explained how to make adjusts on the water heater very Cleary, and left the area very clean. Bill Norton installed our hot water heater today. He was very professional and polite. We enjoy all of our business with budget climate control and will recommend them to everyone we know.

The technician was professional, polite and a teacher. He educated me on what the problems were and how he could solve them. He made me feel like a valued customer. I am so very pleased with the technician, the service and the company. I would gladly recommend him and the company, for their outstanding service.

I called at 8:30am they said they could schedule me same day between 12-2:00pm. They did not make that time frame so I called at 2:20pm, the person on the phone said I would call the plumber to see what happened. Got a call at 2:45pm from plumber saying he would be here at 3:30pm. No one here , called plumber at 3:50pm and he said his boss was going to reschedule appointment. Was very mad, the guy told me Oh No we are still going to come and take care of your hose bib. Called main # and explained about what I was told about being rescheduled, and was really mad. They finally got here couple minutes after 4:00pm the job was done by 4:23pm. The guys were nice it was just the whole scheduling I didn't appreciate, probably will not use again, lets see what happens when they bill me, may right another review depending on their billing.!!
