Budget Climate Control - HVAC & Plumbing Albuquerque

Originally called for an estimate (Adam) to install equipment that we would provide asked off the cuff for an estimate for normal purchase and installation of (BCC) provided equipment. Decided on the latter and then after a little back-and-forth was told that because we "couldn't make up our mind, we should take our business elsewhere". Customer service negative 1 rating.. Desire to work, 0. Apparently they have way too many jobs.

My system can be complex because of the manufacture. My technician Adam had to come by three separate times to fix it all because of the programming the manufacture has in place. I really appreciate that Adam took the time to come out to my house and got everything going. The system is up and running and I’m super happy.

We have had BCC come to our home various times over the past few years to service our heating and/or evaporation cooler systems. They have always been professional, responsive, and courteous. They explain things in detail and even show pictures if it involved the cooler on the roof. They explain options for repairs or replacement and are not pushy. As an added plus, they are a Rio Rancho family owned and operated business. We are 100% pleased with their service.

I was having an issue with my heater not working properly. Bill came out and did a thorough check of what was going on with my system. He pin pointed where my disconnect was with the thermostat and the settings. Bill did a great job and also went out of his way to use screws to secure my the wiring rather than tape that the builder used when installing the unit. Bill was awesome! This is the second time Ive had Budget come out for repairs , once for my cooler and now my heater and the service was outstanding! If you want quality and honest work at a reasonable rate, use budget Climate Control. They truly are about the customer. Thanks again! You guys!

I cannot recommend budget enough! I had them come out to my moms after 2 other companies couldn’t fix her swamp cooler. Her house was 80• for a week. We called budget @4:54 pm and they had someone out first thing next day. They took time to find the problem and stayed until it was actually fixed. I truly appreciate them and could not recommend them highly enough! Adam Mendoza was my tech and was kind and caring and stayed until the problem was actually fixed. Thank you so much Adam.

Incredible company! I had to unavoidably replace my Central AC because of US regulations, and they helped me quickly replace my unit so that my family could stay cool this summer. Adam was incredible to work with, and super honest with the situation. He went above and beyond on the service call and was very knowledgable. Then when the installers came (Orvil), they worked solid for 9 hours to get the job done. Very friendly, committed, hard working, and cleaned up after the job was finished. Thank you Budget Climate Control! You really are a great company, and I will refer you to my family and friends.

Bill was awesome! He was too punctual and was actually waiting for me to arrive. That doesn't happen regularly in my experience, and it was a welcome change of pace. Bill got to work immediately and quickly diagnosed my problems. When quoting a swamp cooler replacement, he gave me three levels of options, and explained everything that he did, and what he will do on the swamp cooler very thoroughly. I would recommend him without hesitation, and if the need arises I will hire him again immediately. In another testament to his customer service, he put the furniture back into the position it was before he started, and even hauled away a fallen tree branch that was in my front yard. Excellent, EXCELLENT customer service. Truly went above and beyond.

Total scammers!!! The worst service I have ever had. Unfortunately, you have to put a star to post. The only star they get is for poor service. They replaced our motor after it went out. Put in one and didn't work with a continuation of noise. Was told we now needed something else and said we will get a quote for you. I called and said our air conditioner was making a noise and we found a company with better customer service and true honesty Affordable Air Conditioner and Repair. The owner at Budget asked us that we send in receipt for proof of what Affordable in which we did. He said I am not refunding it's our problem. Yes, we lost $800 from Budget within a week of them putting a bad motor but in life sometimes you figure some honest businesses don't exist. I will never use them again and I warn other people that they are the worst. I never complain but the owner was probably the most disrespectful, dishonest scammer. The worst people to work with. Never again. Of course, he will probably write a post excusing him for his poor service. I know I lost $800 within a week putting in a bad motor don't lose yours. Horrible.

Great business!! Jacob Mendoza came out to my home & got my heater working within an hour he was very professional & got the job done for decent price without any problems.. I will definitely use their services in the future!!
