Budget Climate Control - HVAC & Plumbing Albuquerque

Be careful when calling for a local job done!! If they are working a job in Albuquerque they will charge you for the driver having to come back to Rio Rancho. Even though they are based in Rio. They charged us for two hours of LABOR!! The guy was at my house for an hour and ten minutes. They refunded us for only half an hour, saying the tech wasn’t supposed to charge me that way. On top of this, the tech was definitely pushy as far as other things supposedly not up to code. Outrageous prices! I wouldn’t recommend these guys to my worst enemy!

Brian and his team (orvile, nathanael) did a wonderful job on installing our new system, they took their time with the installation and took the time to help us understand how it works. We would most definitely recommend Budget Climate Control to others! Thank you again!!!

Installation of a pressure reducing valve on my water line was done at the time and price quoted. Shawn and his partner were very courteous and professional. I would recommend Budget Climate Control.

Steve came in, correctly diagnosed the problem with our furnace and then quickly ordered the parts to repair it. He came back and quickly replaced the circuit board and cleaned the unit. Great speed and service.

I am glad we called these guys. Our tech was very professional. He was able to fix our issues, gave us some great advice on how to avoid future issues, and pointed us in the right direction for when we need to replace these older units. When the time comes, we will definitely be using them again.

These guys were great! They found my problem and fixed it fast. They kept me in the loop about what was going on and had a no-pressure approach. They arrived a bit early, so if you're taking time off of work you should consider that and make sure you're home.
