I needed my air conditioner switched over for the summer and my heater turned off too. I called and they were very professional and eager to answer questions about pricing and time frame. My technician Keith was just amazing! Showed up on time and did the work fantastically.

I had an issue with a leak a week later in the water line and they fit me right in. I just purchased this home and Keith was very helpful in answering questions I had about how to run it and set the temperature. They were less expensive than every other place I called and they went above and beyond in customer care and service. Thank you!

I called them in the AM to find out about replacing the Roof Jack, which is the duct that connects the Swamp Cooler to the duct leading down into the roof. I called several other places and nobody wanted to do the job because I wasn't replacing the entire unit. But, Adam came out in the afternoon to look at it, and offered to do the job the by the end of the day.

Adam and his installers came back and got the job done, putting in a new roof jack and adding 2 layers of flashing to my existing flashing to make SURE there is no problem with leakage into the attic space. They were finished by 6:30 PM and I am thankful they were willing to do it the same day! The price was fair, and they even secured my Swamp Cooler to the roof as we found the original installers didn't even do that.

I'd recommend them to anyone needing work done. A+

Today was a stark contrast in customer service experiences. When Cameron Cox showed up to replace my 18 year old swamp cooler, I was in a very upset state due to an on-going, horrible customer service situation I was having with another, non-related, company.

Cameron's outgoing, friendly, can-do spirit immediately made me feel better. There was no question I was dealing with a knowledgeable, competent professional who also possessed outstanding people skills. He was efficient and never once complained about having to work in the brutal heat.

My swamp cooler replacement wasn't exactly what you'd call cheap, but my experience with Cameron made it worth every cent.

There is a saying that goes, "people won't remember what you said or did, but they'll remember how you made them feel." Today I learned the true meaning of this saying from both sides of the coin.

These guys are amazing, very fast response time. Furnace went out in the middle of the night on one of the coldest days of the year. Called right after they opened and had a tech out here within a couple of hours. Very reasonable with pricing also, allow different tiers of repair, which include a very through analysis of your setup to prevent any further damage or malfunction. Bill was very personable, and took the time to explain what the issue was and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue within a few hours. Highly Recommend Budget Climate Control for all your needs.

Very thorough explanation of the issue we were having with our refrigerated air system. Technician gave us tips on how to extend the life of our rather old system, and effective "band-aids" on our issues, as requested, to keep it functioning temporarily. Honest and helpful. Budget Home Services saved us from spending way to much! Hannah was so courteous and when we called she quickly go us on the schedule to get our Air conditioning repaired. Our tech new exactly what the problem was and they took care of it very affordably. A couple other companies gave us a quote and told us we had to replace the unit. Budget was able to diagnose swap a sensor and it was done. That's real service. "I recommend them as the go to guys for hvac"

Budget Climate Control was very responsive. Another company couldn't come out to repair our refrigerated air for another week. Budget came the same morning. Joe B was pleasant and professional and worked quickly. We had cooling back within a couple hours which, since it was going to be over a hundred degrees that day, was awesome! Not sure about how competitive the pricing was because we didn't get another quote.
