I recently called Budget Climate Control to see if my swamp cooler could be repaired. Cameron Cox was the technician who came out. Cameron was very knowledgeable and was very thorough in explaining all my options of whether to repair the cooler or replace it. My cooler was old and I continuously had to replace parts, so I knew it had to be replaced soon. Cameron also provide me the various types of cooling systems that were available and made it easy for me to choose a new cooling system. I was very happy with the service Cameron provided, he was on time and very courteous. Thank you to Budget Climate Control and Cameron.

Great experience! They had a last minute cancellation so I was able to get a same day appointment. The HVAC Tech, Bill, was very professional and took the time to go over the issue I had with my HVAC. Most importantly, Budget Climate Control got it fixed at an affordable rate.

The owner Jesse is amazing at following up after install. Installers were on time and efficient. Explained everything clearly. Office staff responded promptly to requests out of my control and very friendly. I will recommend this local company to anyone of my family members and friends.

Outstanding customer service. In early June Cameron was able to schedule my cooler replacement in two days during 99 degree heat. I replaced my old swamp cooler with a new high efficiency single-panel cooler and got a $300 rebate from the power company. Cameron helped me fill out the paperwork to get the rebate. They also installed coolestat switches that automatically control the temperature in the house. No more turning on and off fan and pumps. I couldn't be happier. Cameron and Reyes were a pleasure to work with. Five stars all the way.

We just had a Carrier mini-split AC unit installed in my son's garage today & everything went perfectly. Joe K did the unit installation; he was fast, efficient, courteous, friendly - and he knew his stuff. Eli did a great job with the electrical, too. We'll definitely use Budget Climate Control for future projects!

Needed my radiant heater fixed. Looking on line I found Budget Climate Control. Was impressed with their overall rating and customer feed back. Was also impressed with the service man - Shawn''s -timeliness. He was extremely polite - very informative - and thorough in explaining "my situation" and options available to me. The problem was fixed timely and the best part, I have heat again. THANKS Shawn - you are an asset to Budget Climate Control.

"BIG" Budget Climate Control! We originally gave this company a 5-star review a few years ago but things have clearly changed since then and a more recent experience with this business was completely different. We called ahead to schedule and got an estimate for the work we needed but when the technician arrived, he quoted a price double the estimate.

He called the office but said they would not honor their original estimate and I had to call myself. I called the office and they said the same thing. I suggested that - in fairness - we split the difference but the manager said 'NO".

We needed the work to be done and felt sorry for the technician so we went ahead and had him to do it but will NEVER call this company again and tell all our friends not to do so either. We know they overcharged us because we got pricing from other companies after the fact and it was roughly half what they had charged us.

Why a company shoots themselves in the foot like this is beyond us.

They were able to get to me quickly in the middle of a heat wave - much appreciated. The tech was delayed but kept me apprised of his progress. When he arrived, he was thorough and remedied the non-cooling on my central A/C. Price was very reasonable, I thought. He kept apologizing for the price of the old R-22 refrigerant he had to use. I would call them again.

Adam, one of the owners, was the one scheduled for our refrigerated air problem. He came on time, diagnosed the issue and replaced the burnt out motor. Fair prices, nice people both Adam and the receptionist!! Highly recommended for sure... we have found a new company to use and they are locally owned!!
