Kevin L. did a wonderful job repairing our air conditioner. He was friendly and very professional. He explained every step of the repair to me. I was very pleased at how quickly they were able to schedule us in. Our A/C is working efficiently now and keeping the house cool. This was a very positive experience. We use Affordable for all our A/C and plumbing needs and are always pleased with the service.

Kurt with Affordable Service Plumbing was great! I called and they were able to send someone within the hour to fix our tankless water heater. Kurt fixed the problem fast. The service was honest and upfront which was nice! Will definitely be our go to in the future!

He handled the needed repair but also hunted down the source of an additional problem we didn’t realize we had until he was testing the system to ensure all was ship shape. The replacement of my old water heater with a new one was accomplished by a worker named Nathan Rodriguez. In addition to the installation, he had to bring my water heater up to code. He worked constantly for 3 1/4 hours on a very warm day in a very restricted area where the water heater is located. He answered a few questions pleasantly and directly, but he did not spend any unnecessary time chatting. Also, much to my relief, he kept his radio on very softly while he worked. (He and I have different tastes in music.) I really appreciated Nathan's professional approach! He continued my confidence in Affordable Services over many years.

Affordable Service worked on our A/C. In the hottest part of the Summer, they were able to send a tech out the next morning. Problem was diagnosed and fortunately it was a problem that could be resolved without waiting a week on parts. Tech (Lukas) with his trainee returned in the next morning and resolved the problem. Prices seemed reasonable to us. Lukas seemed knowledgeable and explained things and both were courteous.

Called yesterday made the appointment with Ron. Explained in details that I had two sinks backing up to my bathtub, that I was referring to a hair salon. They told me they did not do commercial building, but being that I was in a free standing building, they would to do the job!

Today, the day of my appointment, the technician named Greg, came over and flat out told me that they did not work on commercial buildings, but he looked around (not more than 5 minutes), then told me he could attempt to snake the pipe for $250 but with no guarantees. I said no thanks, and he wrote me an invoice for “diagnostics” for $84.80.

From my end, I feel very misled by this company, will not recommend nor will I ever consider them again.

Our story starts when we had a leak in our garage below our 2 year old $5,400 tankless hot water heater. We checked the outside of the unit & didn’t find any leaks. The pool of water traveled under the sheet rocked wall to the other side where our furnace was. We opened the cover of the furnace and saw nothing. We decided to call Affordable Service Inc. Next-door recommended them along with Service Tech Kurt. We immediately called Affordable Service Inc. at 9:30 pm on January 19th & left a message. They called us back the next morning. Kurt & Travis were available to come out to see what was going on. Found out it was a leak inside our tankless due to corroded pipes because of high mineral counts in our water! The count was over 400! Tankless water heaters can not handle that high mineral count. Had we known that, we would have never had it installed. Kurt suggested a Bradford White 50 gallon Hot Water Heater with a recirculating pump that Travis would attach. It keeps the water circulating so it stays the temperature you want it. We decided to take Kurts' advice & so glad we did! Travis came back a few days later and took out our damaged tankless unit & installed our new hot water heater! He tested everything and then showed us how it works & what to do to change the settings. He cleaned up & took the old unit with him. And left the garage spotless! We now have instant hot water immediately. We are just so happy! Thank you, Kurt & Travis! You were very Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous & Sweet! We love you guys! Thank you, Affordable Service Inc., for having these 2 great employees in your service! We highly recommend you all!

Fast, friendly, and efficient. On a Thu. I made an appt for an asap faucet replacement. I got a call back 30 mins later to let me know that they had finished a job early and they could squeeze my call in if I needed it. About an hr after my initial call, my leaky faucet was replaced.
