I scheduled an appointment for Brian to come out on Monday the 14th of November. Today (11NOV22), Ron called while I was at work and told my wife he had a cancellation and asked if he could send a tech today. My wife agreed. Lucas was wonderful at discovering the problem and getting a resolution in 30 minutes by cleaning the condensation tube. Ron however, called after the service was completed and started yelling at my wife about not being notified we were in a rental. Yelling about "his guy" banging on the door for 15 minutes. Then threatened my wife with police and legal actions. I tend to conclude Ron was having a bad day and called the wrong customer to yell at. Then, charged my landlord $330!
EDIT: Just updated to 1 Star due to lack of accountability and my wife WAS threatened. You can disagree all you want. It doesn't change the truth!

Kevin and Story showed up on time and ready to work. The job was to tear down a jury-rigged return box and replace it with a properly constructed one. Since the original installation had employed some “creative” solutions, the two technicians needed to untangle those knots before replacing the box. Despite the challenges, they completed their work in the estimated time and installed a return box that will improve air flow, air quality and reduce noise. I’d recommend this team to anyone.
