Start to finish an amazing experience! John explained everything on arrival and by the end of the day my new unit had my two story home completely cooled. Recommend to anyone replacing an a/c unit or first install. These guys are GOOD!

Thomas came and repaired both of our AC units and blower/furnace. He was awesome, extremely friendly and explained and discussed everything that was going on. He was able to get everything up and running and gave us a bunch of great advice and tips. I would absolutely use Affordable again and they will be our go to in the future. I'm a cheap person, and the price for repairs was very reasonable.

Kurt was excellent in helping resolve the problem with my tankless water heater. He identified the problemand explained how he would fix it. I've had Kurt work on tankless water heaters before and he is always professional, and willing to explain all the options while also providing what is under warrantly and costs of services.

I take time to call a business and check reviews, before I make a decision about using or patronizing it. I needed a plumber to fix the clogged drain in my shower and I chose Affordable Services. One thing I like about AS is that they charge a lower than average price to make the service call and then waive that fee should you decide to use them to fix the problem. They do have set fees that vary depending on what the issue is. The repairman arrived earlier than scheduled after he made contact by text and call to let me know that if we liked, he would be able to come earlier. He was professional in look and manner, and came to the door in a mask. He worked efficiently, resolved the issue quickly and cleaned up when he was done.

These people are like family! I love how Chris works & makes it seem easy. He's always upbeat & happy! I never get the "dreads" when they are coming to turn over heat or cooling.

After a site visit they don't return your calls or send a quote. The guy who came to the house spoke more to my son about conspiracy theories and anti vax then the water heater. I called him the next day he said he was busy and would eventually put something together, then never heard from him since. We ended up buying new AC, water heater and Heater from Wagner with full service!

Needed a new water heater! Because I had excellent service in July from Affordable Service with replacing my swamp cooler with a new HVAC system, I chose them to replace my water heater. Not sorry! :) Tony Sena listened to my concerns about my old poorly functioning water heater and recommended a new one for me. He also customized the new one to make it easier for me to do routine tank flushes to keep it in good shape and save on maintenance expenses. The day of the removal/installation, Tony and a helper arrived as scheduled, were very efficient and thorough, and always friendly and professional. After the installation was complete, Tony then went over the operating details with me. I am a very happy customer! I highly recommend Affordable Service!

The technicians that came to do my inspection were fantastic. They were personable, kind and informative. Thomas the plumber showed his genuine care for his customers, he was the reason we went with Affordable.
The guys that came to install our new furnace were respectful, very clean and conscious people.

I will be using Affordable in the future for all our home inspections and installations.

Affordable installed my refrigerated AC conversion in 2015. I normally appreciate this business, however, I was on the roof of my house today and I noticed that they ran the AC hi/low lines, drain line, and thermostat wiring across 18 feet of my roof without surrounding the above with some kind of protective duct to protect it from UV. As a result, the foam insulation around one of the AC lines is crumbling, and the insulation around the thermostat wire is falling off - due to UV exposure. I know my warranty is expired but I wanted to report this so other customers can make sure that Affordable doesn't do a careless job on their AC conversion should they choose Affordable to do the work on their house. Follow up: I got a call from Affordable and they were very responsive to my concerns, and they have scheduled a complete repair of the above mentioned problem, and they will do the repairs on 11/11/21.
