Had them come fix a leaking reverse osmosis faucet they installed a month ago. Note that we already paid well over a thousand dollars for them to install that and a water softener. There was apparently bacteria built up in the hose. They were here for 10 minutes. Shoved a screw driver in the hose to clear it then charged us another $182. Not exactly “affordable.” We’ll be calling someone else next time.

Chris arrived earlier than anticipated. He was very personable. He removed a kitchen faucet and replaced with a better model. I would highly recommend Chris.

I’ve used Affordable Service for a few years.They have always been on time, thorough and professional. I would highly recommend this company. Kevin is my family’s tech of choice. My mom’s A/C went out a few months ago, he was the one on call over the holiday weekend and explained his findings to my sister and myself in terms that we understood. Since then we ask to be on his schedule.

I was so pleased (and surprised) to get an offer of same-day service when I called this morning. I was told between 12:00 and 2:00 and Kevin Lenkowski showed up exactly at 12:00. He was able to get the refrigerated air going to cool the house down while he went for parts. He didn't fit any other jobs in between but came right back with parts and finished my repairs quickly. I was pleased to get a senior discount too! Kevin was professional and courteous and I would welcome him back if I have further need for repairs.

My furnace was not heating up house, just blowing cold air. Kevin L, the service technician, was knowledgeable and professional and fixed the problem right away. We now have a warm house. I am very happy with service and highly recommend Affordable Service Plumbing and Heating.

Professional, prompt, and very informative. The estimate and service provided was great and he answered questions that I had. Fantastic service. Service estimate as hot water heater was slowly leaking and pilot light would not stay lit. The hot water heater was 11 years old, at least.

We had a leak in copper feed pipe that would have caused serious damage. Kurt had been here on a previous water heater need and when he responded to hour after hours needs it was such a welcome call. He is so quick and efficient and very pleasant person. I won’t be using anyone but Affordable for any needs they cover. Outstanding people and business.

Tony S. was thorough and pleasantly happy to provide his services to our HVAC system for winter-ready maintenance. It was so nice to see a smile from Tony first thing and to deal with him when the job was done. I will definitely use Affordable HVAC regularly from now on just because they have the best customer service I have experienced in the local area. Kudos to the office personnel and to Tony.
