Totally professional, on time very reasonable rates. Return call right away, came out and gave estimate quickly and set up install for new air conditioner within the same week. Team worked so well together and finished install the same day. Can't thank them enough for this experience and will totally use them again.

We set up an appointment to tune up our furnace before the cold started and they didn't show up. We called them and they came by that same afternoon. They were apologetic and made up for it by giving us a great discount. The technicians were friendly, helpful, and inspired confidence in their work. We'll continue to use American for our heating and cooling needs.

Hired them 7 years ago to convert house from swamp to AC and was very happy with them. At the start of last winter my wife called twice trying to schedule a HVAC check up. Never got a call back. Last week I called because our furnace's draft motor is going out. Can't even leave a because their mailbox is full. Either they went out of business or they're so busy they can ignore potential customers. Not sure which, but if they are still open a 30 second call to say we're too busy call someone else sure would've been nice.

I came home from vacation to find that my air conditioner stopped working the hottest day of the week I called a couple of places in the Rio Rancho area and neither of them could come until the following week. Then I found American Air Conditioning. They came within 2 hours and it took them 30 minutes to fix my unit. the best part is they are a local family business.They were friendly, knowledgeable and I will definitely use them again in the future for any other issues that may arise. I highly recommend them.

I scheduled my appointment 10/10/2019 and even though I asked for the first available afternoon or evening appt., I was given today between 11a-1p.
I called them twice today, once at about 1245p and again at 1p both times leaving a detailed voicemail.
I was not called by American Air stating my appt was delayed or cancelled.
I would not recommend this company and I am only using them because the property manager where I currently live, thinks they're a good company.
They are unprofessional and lack customer service skills.

Highly recommended! Arrived when they said they would. Found the issue right away and kept me within my budget. Didn’t automatically recommend to replace the unit. I will definitely use them for the annual preventative maintenance on my HVAC’s!

They charged me $350 to clean two outside units. They looked inside, didn’t clean them and didn’t change the air filters. Took them one hour. I complained it was too expensive, they didn’t care. I paid the bill, but won’t call them again. I’m all for people making a living, but $350 an hour for labor is excessive for cleaning an AC. They didn’t even do that good of a job cleaning, see the picture.

I had moved into a new house recently and we have refrigerated air. We noticed after a few days of moving in that the air flow wasn't going through the house nor was it cooling down the house. I started calling and getting quotes from HVAC companies and contractors and they all quoted me over $600. I came across Cody's company name and number and gave him a call. He responded quickly and throughouly and estimated us alot less than everyone else had! He had it fixed within 30 minutes and our house was cooler than ever! I was so pleased with the service that I will be using Cody for all our HVAC services. Thanks Cody, you saved us!

This couple replaced our old swamp cooler with a new master cool unit the next day after I called. VERY professional and friendly. Did the job for about half the cost of one of the big name local companies. I highly recommend them.

Very courteous and friendly. No one was available for weeks and we had no heater. They came out next day and resolved the issue promptly. Very satisfied with service and would use them for any future HVAC issues.
