Dear Mr. Patrick Ryan,
Four years ago, we converted our heater from Oil to Navien tankless water heater. We are so thankful how Navien save us more money on our monthly gas bill during the winter season. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone on your team, customer service representatives, and all the technicians at your work site. They are very professional during installation.

We started our journey with Ryan, Inc through an oil to gas heating system conversion. We went from a clunky old furnace to a state of the art computerized boiler and an indirect water heater. We also changed the system from steam to hot water. Mike K worked as the point person while at the house. A lot of new piping needed to be done. Our second adventure was installing a whole house generator, again Mike K came with the crew and the piping process began in a different area. Maciej (pronounced Magic) is a great electrician, as we encountered a blip in the job.The electrical panel needed to be replaced! and it was done in a very professional and timely manner. All work was done with great care to our 87 year old home. We are very pleased with all the work. My husband really likes to talk to Patrick about all aspects of the job. Patrick is very approachable and engaging. A shout out to the ladies at the office Crestina and Palmira for scheduling and invoicing the jobs.

We used Ryan, Inc. several years ago for our conversion to geothermal from oil. We were very pleased with the service and attention to detail that we are using Ryan, Inc. to install gas to the house appliances. I have just begun a maintenance relationship with Ryan Inc. and its "family" of owners and their staff. They are well organized to deal with my home's array of complex equipment and problems which includes things like two geothermal systems, electronic air filtration, a condensing water heater, etc. They also fixed the pipe to my sump pump as a courtesy and are working on installing two whole house humidifiers and a whole house water filtration system with ultraviolet light, salt free softening etc. They are also lined up to help me diagnose the cause of some excessive moisture/humidity I have encountered recently. They are reasonable/competitive on pricing also, especially considering the amount of labor involved. I am looking forward to the peace of mind that this relationship has already started giving me.

The entire experience with Ryan was fantastic! The customer service and communication was excellent. Ryan replaced our entire heating and cooling system. Since then, our energy costs are down and the system works well. We are very pleased with the entire experience.

UNBELIEVABLY responsive, efficient and reasonable! We have been using Ryans since 2001 and have been impressed at each and every turn. They take care of everything - from permits to plans to completion. No job seems too big or too small - we have used Ryans for a wide range of services, including a complete bathroom renovation. I used Ryan Heating & Cooling for my furnace a few years back, with wonderful results! Last night, our AC broke down (bad night – very hot & humid). In desperation, I called them this morning & Christina said she had an appointment available for TOMORROW, so I said I would call back and try to find someone to come today. Did I mention it’s hot & humid out?
I found a company in Kenilworth that would come today, but they wanted $137 just to show up & analyze the problem. Then I would have to pay for parts & labor ON TOP of that. Needless to say, I called Ryan back. Their fee is HALF of that and it also goes toward the cost of the repair, if you decide to use their services. Now THAT is nice!
Christina put me on hold and said she’d be right back. I’m thinking they’re really busy and will now have to wait an extra day for my delay...ugh. When she came back on the line, I was happy to be told that there was a technician up the block & would be able to come right away. YES! Within an hour, my AC unit was fixed and it cost half of what I would have paid another company.
I am SO pleased with their customer service, expertise & pricing. We will definitely use them again & again…and you should too.

Ryan replaced both of our propane forced hot air furnaces, AC units and water heater with Water Furnace Geothermal units. This included drilling the wells for the Geothermal units, pressure testing the home, air sealing, removing all the old equipment, install the new Water Furnace units, modify ductwork and piping.

From my first contact with Patrick, through the one year maintenance visit that was just performed, everyone I have dealt with - Patrick and Tim (two of the owners), the installation crew, led by Kenny, maintenance personal, Palmira and Crestina my contacts at the office everyone has been professional, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. They are very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer questions, talk things through and even brainstorm on ideas with the homeowner.

With a job this size, you can expect hiccups but all have been handled promptly and have always exceed my expectations.

Ryan wasn't the most expensive, and while they weren't the cheapest they were the right choice. As I noted there were hiccups, but not one resulted in extra costs, and I'm sure it impacted profits. Patrick stood by his word that his price was turn key, with no hidden costs.

In summary - I am very satisfied with Ryan, would use them again, and would recommend them!

We just converted from oil to gas and we were very happy with everything they did. They removed our oil tank, replaced our boiler and water heater and they did it in a timely and professional manner. They did an excellent job in cleaning up afterwards also. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them again in the future!
