I needed an oil to gas conversion, and after comparing three companies I chose Ryan Inc. From the get go I was impressed with Ryan's punctuality, knowledge and patience and my experience continued to be positive throughout the project. Ryan's employees were equally impressive, their work immaculate, and the house after their work was done-spotless. I would highly recommend Ryan Inc.

Ryan Heating and Cooling (Ryan Inc.) have been taking care of our AC systems for many years. They have always responded immediately when we had problems and all of their installations were very efficient and professional. When we decided to go with a Geothermal system we didn’t hesitate to call them. And we are very glad we did. They sat down and explained every detail of the process, including a complete rundown of energy cost savings, tax rebates, installation and expected operation. Ryan’s electricians, plumbers, well drillers and specialists all were extremely professional and courteous. Not one of them ever hesitated to take care of any concerns or minor extras that we expressed or asked for. The installation was finished just prior to one of the coldest winters we’ve had in New Jersey and our house was perfectly comfortable. The geothermal system’s heat distribution is silent and uniform with no oil burner odors, oil deliveries, spillage etc. We’re just starting to use the cooling part of the system and not having an outside compressor, silent and even cooling and tremendous energy savings has left us extremely pleased with our investment. And we couldn’t be more pleased with Ryan Heating and Cooling for getting us there.

We are extremely please with Allen’s professionalism and customer service. Honesty and integrity were key factors in selecting a company to repair the hot water heater. Every step from the initial contact until repair completion was conducted in an impeccable manner. Allen represents the company well. I've been a Ryan customer for nearly 25 years. During that time they've maintained and replaced my heat and hot water systems efficiently and cost-effectively. During the recent heat wave my AC, which they had not installed, lost refrigerant. The techs came on a weekend to try to locate the leak. They kept me informed of progress and options every step of the way but eventually determined that the condenser needed replacing. The office manager, Palmira, was really understanding and great about facilitating the order, permit, and work schedule. Ryan's knowledgeable techs and service orientation will keep me a customer for years to come.

20 plus years of using this family run company. Work included renovating an old system to make it work more efficiently, maintain a new building system, replace motors and thermostats and installation of new roof top units. All the while a courteous, friendly, and a responsive team. A 5 star company. They have also done electrical and plumbing work. One stop shopping for all building and home needs.

Chris their plumber with “30 years” of experience told me that a gas leak is not a big concern! I hired them at the beginning of August and work was just completed at the end of September. The girl the office says she will call back and never does, tells me that paperwork has been filed with the town that never was. The only nice part about this company is Patrick but I’m still waiting for his phone call about resolving the work that was poorly done.

I have been a long time customer of Ryan and I can always count on them to get the job done in a quick, accurate and professional manner. I happen to be very particular with whom I entrust the care and maintenance of my home and Ryan always exceeds my expectations.

Ryan Inc. came highly recommended from a friend of ours in town. We had them come out to replace a very problematic HVAC system that plagued us for years. It was a challenging project due to the older nature of our house and the lack of purposeful space in which to install the system. Patrick and his team approached the project with a level of enthusiasm and intelligence that we have rarely seen from any contractor (and we have done A LOT of work on our house). They problem solved, thought outside the box and installed a HVAC system that has been working great since. Further, they are super courteous and reliable when it comes to the ongoing maintenance. Couldn't recommend them more!
